A ring shaped fastening part 5a for fastening around an installation hole 2a of the installation leg 2 is provided on an upper part of an outer peripherary of the support body 5, and a lower part of the support body 5 is constituted by a body part 5b for elastically supporting the installation leg 2 and the base 3.
