2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a floor panel made of a chrysanthemum material (2) has a feeling of weight since it is a chrysanthemum material and has been preferred by many users. However, this is easy to be warped, and when the moisture content of the floor base material on which the floorboard is installed is high, warpage in a concave shape in the width direction, that is, so-called warpage is often caused.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the floor panel of the present invention, as described in claim 1, there are a plurality of elongated small members which are made of chrysanthemum and have a rectangular cross section. Along the sides of the small timber, a single-layer plate-like laminated wood for floorboards is formed in the longitudinal direction of the small timber, and the thickness of the laminated timber for floorboards is set along the longitudinal direction on the back of the small timber. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent width warpage. That is, the groove described in the prior art has a depth of 1
Since it was around 0%, sufficient warpage countermeasures could not be taken. The present invention sets the depth to be 20
By setting it in the range of 50% to 50%, the bending stress at the time of warpage can be sufficiently reduced, and the warpage can be effectively prevented. By providing such a deep groove in the longitudinal direction, the bending stress at the time of warpage can be sufficiently reduced. In addition, since the grooves are provided on the back surface of the small squares that constitute the laminated glue for the floorboard, there is no fear that the interface will be peeled off on the surface where the small squares are glued together. That is, if a groove is provided in a joint portion between small square bars, there is a risk that interface separation occurs at the joint portion.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION By providing the groove | channel which is sufficiently effective for width | variety prevention in a small angle | corner timber, the present invention can prevent width | variety warpage without causing interfacial peeling of the laminated wood for floorboards. In addition, by reducing the width warpage, it is well adapted to the floor base material.

Further, in the floorboard of the present invention, as set forth in claim 2, the laminated wood for the floorboard is formed of three or more rows of small squares in the transverse direction, and the small squares of the small squares arranged inside are formed. Among them, at least one small square bar may have a plurality of grooves.

In this case, the groove for reducing the bending stress can be concentrated near the center where the bending stress becomes large, so that the bending stress can be effectively reduced by the groove. That is, since the groove is provided in a portion where the bending stress is most required to be reduced, the efficiency is high.

Further, in the floorboard of the present invention, as described in claim 3, a groove may be provided in the small square wood disposed on the longitudinal side edge of the laminated wood for floorboard.

In this case, the distance to the point of action that determines the bending stress can be reduced, and the warpage can be effectively prevented. That is, by providing a groove in the longitudinal side edge,
The bending stress that increases from the end toward the center is temporarily reduced to near zero by the groove. The bending stress when reaching the groove is small. Decreasing the bending stress to near zero at a small stage, in other words, shortening the distance, thereby effectively reducing the bending stress near the center.

FIG. 2 shows a laminated wood for floorboards having a thickness of 15 mm (2).
2 shows the ratio of the bending stress corresponding to the depth of the groove (3) provided in FIG. In this figure, when the groove (3) depth is 5 mm, that is, when the ratio of the depth of the groove (3) to the floor laminate (2) is 33%, the state without the groove is set to 100;
Similarly, when the depth of the groove (3) is 6 mm, that is, when the ratio of the depth of the groove (3) is 40%, 40, similarly, the depth of the groove (3) is 7.5 mm.
In this case, that is, when the ratio of the depth of the groove (3) is 50%, a bending stress of 30 is applied. From these results, it can be said that it is best to provide a groove (3) with a thickness of 50% for a 15 mm laminated slab for floorboard (2).

Therefore, according to the floorboard described above,
Width warpage can be effectively prevented. That is, since the depth of the groove (3) described in the prior art is about 10%, sufficient countermeasures cannot be taken. In the present invention, the bending stress at the time of warpage is sufficiently reduced by setting the depth within the range of 20 to 50% with respect to the thickness of the laminated wood for floorboard (2), and the warpage is effectively prevented. be able to. By providing such a deep groove (3) in the longitudinal direction, the bending stress at the time of warpage can be sufficiently reduced. In addition, since the groove (3) is provided on the back surface of the small square wood (1) constituting the glued laminated wood for floorboard (2), there is a concern that interface peeling may occur on the surface where the small square wood (1) and (1 ') are glued together. There is no. In other words, if the groove (3) is provided at the joint between the small angle bar (1) and the small angle member (1 '), there is a risk that interface separation may occur at the joint. In the present invention, by providing the groove (3) which is sufficiently effective for preventing warpage in the small angle material (1), the warped width can be prevented without causing interfacial delamination of the laminated wood for floorboard (2). In addition, by reducing the width warpage, it is well adapted to the floor base material.
