Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery method using a delivery slip with an IC tag capable of contributing to enhancing efficiency of deliver work by using the IC tag, allowing printing by a printer with the IC tag attached and providing reusing of the IC tag. SOLUTION: Delivery information is printed in a delivery information writing space of the delivery slip and a rewrite layer of the IC tag, and at the same time or before or after the printing, delivery information including at least the printed delivery information is written in a memory of a non-contact IC chip provided on the IC tag. The delivery work is performed on the basis of the written delivery information. After finishing the delivery work, the IC tag is separated from the delivery slip, the information printed in the rewrite layer and the information written in the memory of the IC chip are erased, and the IC tag is separably provided on a new delivery slip and used in delivery work.

2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional delivery operation using a delivery slip, delivery information is written on the surface of the delivery slip, and the delivery information is visually checked to perform the delivery work. The numbers that identify the area and the slip numbers unique to the delivery slips are individually displayed as handwritten numbers and barcodes, and if a barcode is displayed, read this with a barcode reader to manage the delivery work. It is common to go.

The use of machine-read data is indispensable for efficient delivery work. However, conventional barcode information has a small amount of information, and is of the order of a store code or a slip number. Because the information could only be converted to information, the delivery work could not be made sufficiently efficient. Further, in order to read with a barcode reader, the barcode itself needs to be displayed on the surface, and there has been a problem that a reading error may occur due to dirt or the like. On the other hand, although much information can be written in the memory of the IC chip, there is a problem that the IC tag provided with the IC chip is expensive and cannot be used for a disposable and inexpensive delivery slip. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a delivery method using a delivery form that can contribute to the efficiency of delivery work using an IC tag and enables reuse of the IC tag. The purpose is to provide.

Also, in order to achieve the above object, a delivery method using a reusable delivery tag with an IC tag according to a second aspect of the present invention is to provide an adhesive on the back side and to remove the adhesive. On the surface side of the adhesive base material coated with release paper, an attachment slip and a delivery slip / receipt slip are provided in parallel so that respective delivery information entry columns appear, and the delivery slip / receipt slip is the An IC tag provided with a non-contact type IC chip at a position that does not hinder the entry of the delivery information of the delivery and receipt slips while being provided so as to be separable from the adhesive base, and an IC tag having a rewritable layer formed on its surface, Separably provided, this I
A delivery method using a delivery slip which can be printed by a printer in a state where a C tag is provided. The delivery information is printed in a delivery information entry field of the delivery slip and a rewrite layer of the IC tag. At the same time, or before and after, the delivery information including at least the print delivery information is written into the memory of the non-contact type IC chip, and the delivery work is performed based on the written delivery information. The IC tag is separated, the information printed on the rewrite layer and the information written in the memory of the IC chip are erased, and the IC tag is again provided in a new delivery form so as to be separable and used for delivery work. .

The delivery slip 1 in the state shown in FIG. 1 in which the delivery information is written in each of 6, 17, and 18 and the data is input to the memory of the IC chip 22 is peeled off the release paper 4 and adhered with the exposed adhesive 3. The back side of the material 2 is affixed to an appropriate place of a predetermined delivery product. The delivery item to which the delivery form 1 is attached is sent to the delivery center (step 103). The delivery center reads the data in the memory of the IC chip 22 and the bar code 26 for each delivery item upon arrival to confirm the arrival of the delivery item,
Based on the read data, sorting is performed for each regional center to which the delivery destination belongs (step 104), and shipment to the regional center is recorded on the main computer (step 105) and delivered.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, other information may be printed on the rewrite layer 21 of the IC tag 20 instead of the barcode 26. Further, the IC tag 20 may be provided at another position.
Further, since the slip number 11 is also written in the memory of the IC chip 22, the bar code 26 need not be provided. Furthermore, it is also possible to provide a printing portion by solid printing or the like on the peripheral edge of the back surface of the delivery / receipt slip 7 in order to make the peeling operation easier. In addition,
A triangular notch may be formed in the lower left corner of the delivery / cum-receipt 7 to serve as a finger hook when the delivery / cum-receipt 7 is peeled off from the bonding substrate 2.

The printer may be selected according to the type of the rewrite layer 21 and the information printing surface, and is not limited to a thermal printer. Other printers such as a laser printer and an ink jet printer may be used according to the rewrite layer and paper. A printer can also be used. Furthermore, the configuration in which the delivery slip and the receipt slip 7 are provided so as to be separable may be any configuration as long as the configuration is such that they are quasi-adherable so that they can be peeled off. A configuration such as tight compression bonding may be employed.

As described above, according to the delivery method according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since it is possible to print on the delivery slip with the IC tag adhered, after printing on the delivery slip, separate printing is performed. There is no matching error that occurs when the input IC tag is attached to this delivery slip, etc., and reliable delivery management can be performed based on the data of the IC tag. Can be printed and rewritten, and the IC tag can be reused, which is advantageous in cost.
