Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 容器体、外蓋および容器体の口部に係止
されたスポイトを含むスポイト付容器において、上記ス
ポイトは、管体、当該管体の上部開口部を被包する弾性
帽状体および容器体の口部に係止するための内蓋を有
し、上記外蓋の上部内面には突起部が設けられ、上記外
蓋を容器体に閉止するときは当該突起部により上記スポ
イトの弾性帽状体を押下げ、また上記外蓋を容器体から
開放するときは、弾性帽状体が復元することを特徴とす
るスポイト付容器。
1. The elastic cap-shaped body is restored when the elastic cap-shaped body is pushed down and the outer lid is opened from the container body.
【請求項2】 上記外蓋の閉止を、当該外蓋側部内面と

により行う請求項第1項記載のスポイト付容器。
