Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】食材を直火焼きするための燃焼部が配置さ
れた焼き釜と、この焼き釜内に配置された燻煙吹出しヘ
ッドと、燻煙材を燃すことで燻煙を発生させる燻煙材燃
焼炉を有した発煙部と、この発煙部で発生した燻煙を上
記燻煙吹出しヘッドに供給する煙管とを備えたことを特
徴とする燻し焼き装置。
