2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various methods have been known as a method for forming irregularities on the surface of a resin-coated tube by extrusion molding.
For example, a method of engraving and extruding a concavo-convex shape into a mold die and extruding it as a continuous shape, a method of forming a concavo-convex portion by providing a movable portion inside a mold and driving it (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-177191), There is known a method of pressing a shape transfer plate or the like onto a resin-coated tube surface.

However, in the conventional method, the concavo-convex portion is formed by an extruder or a die attached to the extruder. Thus, there was no degree of freedom in the shape of the concave and convex portions, and the shape was influenced by the shape of the die and the molding conditions. The present invention, in order to solve the above problems, without relying on a molding machine or a mold die uneven portion,
It is in forming at an arbitrary position.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a resin tube comprising a resin hollow inner tube and an outer tube, wherein a gas or liquid substance is injected into the outer tube. Then, the portion is bulged outward, and the uneven portion is provided at an arbitrary position. When the unevenness is provided by this method,
Irregularities can be formed discontinuously at any point (can be installed anywhere in the 360-degree direction), and irregularities can be easily changed because the mold structure and mold die shape are not used, increasing the degree of freedom. In addition, it is possible to provide the uneven shape at low cost.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a gas or a liquid substance is injected between the outer tube and the inner tube, and the portion is swelled outward so that an uneven portion is provided at an arbitrary position. I do. If a gas or liquid substance is injected between the outer pipe and the inner pipe, the pressure at the time of injection can be reduced.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the injection of the gas or liquid substance is performed after the outer tube comes out of a mold die covering the inner tube. If the outer tube is after the die process of coating the inner tube, the outer tube has a soft hardness and is easily expanded outward.

[0007] In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the outward bulging of the injection portion utilizes a difference in hardness between the outer tube and the inner tube. Injecting a gas or liquid substance in a state where the hardness of the outer tube is soft allows the outer tube to swell more reliably.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and its manufacture and use will be described with reference to FIGS.
The resin-coated tube 8 is formed by coating the outer tube 4 with the extruder 1 on the outer periphery of the inner tube 3 having a hollow inside. After the resin coating tube 8 has passed through the die 2, the gas or liquid substance 7 filled from the filling nozzle 6 at the tip of the needle-like external filling device 5 is supplied to the inside of the outer tube 4 layer (FIG. 2-A) or to the inside thereof. By filling the space between the three layers of the inner tube in contact with each other (FIG. 2-B), an uneven portion is formed. In the case of extrusion molding, since the resin coating tube 8 is continuously extruded at a constant speed, irregularities can be formed at a constant period or an arbitrary period by operating the filling nozzle 6 vertically or obliquely. Also, by providing a plurality of filling nozzles 6 or changing the angle setting, it is possible to form an uneven portion arbitrarily in all circumferential directions (FIG. 2-D).

The filling nozzle 6 at the tip of the filling device 5 has a needle shape, and the trace of the filling is automatically closed by the resin pressure of the extrusion molding.
The sealing can be performed by pressing a heating plate while filling a cooling water tank (not shown) after filling.

Since the shape of the die does not depend on the shape of the die and the structure of the die, irregularities can be formed in any shape of the cross section of the die, such as a circle, an ellipse, and a square. In addition, since the unevenness is formed after passing through the mold die 2, it is not affected by the material supplied to the extruder 1, and the colorant-containing material, special additives (antibacterial agent, antifungal agent, etc.), etc. It is also possible to use materials with wood and woody resin materials.

The uneven shape obtained by this method can selectively direct the expansion direction to the outer direction by utilizing the difference in hardness between the inner tube and the outer tube as the coating layer. For example, the hardness difference obtained by different materials of the inner tube and the outer tube of the coating layer,
Alternatively, the outer tube of the coating layer formed by coating the inner tube with resin, even with the same material, is hotter than the inner tube immediately after molding, and it is selective by utilizing the hardness difference generated by the temperature difference To the outside.

According to the present invention, a gas or liquid substance is introduced into the outer tube or between the inner tube and the outer tube at an arbitrary position of the resin-coated tube composed of the resin hollow inner tube and the outer tube. Since the resin can be bulged outward and injected, it is possible to provide a method for manufacturing a modified resin tube and a modified resin tube in which the uneven portion can be formed as desired.
