본 발명은 발포성 합성수지를 이용하여 인조목재를 제조할 때 그 내면이 균일하게 발포가 되어지고 외면은 자연무늬와 같은 모양을 가지도록 하기 위하여 일단 압출 발포되어진 심재(인조목)을 재차 최대한 발포를 시켜 줌과 동시에 예비적으로 형을 잡아주므로써 정확한 단면을 가진 인조목을 제조할 수 있는 가열성형기에 관한 것이다.In the present invention, when the artificial wood is manufactured by using a foamed synthetic resin, the inner surface thereof is uniformly foamed, and the outer surface is foamed once again to maximize the appearance of the core material (artificial wood) that has been extruded and foamed so as to have a shape like a natural pattern. 종래에는 합성수지만을 이용하여 압출 제조한 인조목재는 그 단면이 조밀하고 자연목재와 같은 무늬(외관)와 성질이 없어 못이나 나사등을 박을때 어려움이 있었으며, 또한 일본 공개 특허공보 소 50-123777, 85657호에서와 같이 발포제를 첨가한 합성수지를 이용하여 인조목을 제조하는 기술이 공개되여 있었으나 일본 공개 특허공보 소 50-86567호에서와 같은 기술방법에 있어서는 일단 압출 발포되여진 심재를 원적외선히타를 장치한 삿갖(笠)형의 가열성형기로 재발포시켜 줌으로 인하여 본원에서와 같이 예리하게 각진 인조목은 제조할 수 없고 생산비의 증가, 조작과 운전상의 어려운점, 전부분을 재발포시켜 주지 못하는 점 및 간편성이 결여되여 있으며, 일본 공개 특허공보 소 50-123777호에서와 같은 방법에 있어서도 다이내에서 압출 발포시켜주는 등의 기술이 공개되여 있으나 본 발명에서와 같이 압출성형기의 조작에 의한 임의의 배율로 발포시켜 줌과 또한, 압출 발포되여진 심재(인조목)을 재발포시켜 주기 위한 가열성형기가 없어 일단 압출 발포되여진 심재가 압출성형기로부터 외부로 토출 될때에 심재의 표면이 자연 냉각의 영향으로 부분 경화로 인한 불완전 발포가 되여지는 부분을 최대한으로 재발포 시켜주며, 최종 생산물에 자연 무늬 모양을 효과적으로 형성시켜 줌과 동시에 목적으로 하는 모양으로 예비적으로 성형시켜 주기에는 어려움에 있었다.Conventionally, artificial wood extruded using only synthetic resin has a difficult cross-section and lack of pattern (appearance) and properties such as natural wood, and it is difficult to nail nails and screws.
