【発明の効果】本発明は、リンを含むノンハロゲン系難燃剤(X)を有機樹脂(A)に分散させた組成物であり、この難燃剤分散体を塗布又は積層することにより難燃性、発煙抑制効果に優れ、基材成形体又は基材フィルムとの密着性が良好な難燃性樹脂組成物を提供できる。また、有機樹脂にイオン性基を導入することにより、卓越した分散性を与えることができ、難燃性、密着性等の諸特性をさらに大きく向上させることができる。本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物を塗布又は積層することにより、安価で優れた難燃性積層体を提供するもので家電製品等の分野における高い要求品質に答えることができる。
