Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor reduced in vibration and noise of a stator. SOLUTION: In the motor wherein a plurality of teeth 3 is mounted at the internal periphery of the yoke of a stator core; slots are formed at both sides of each tooth 3; an insulator 5 is molded in the stator core into one piece; and a winding 10 is wound to the slots, plate-shaped winding frame members 6 each of which has a larger width than that of the tooth 3 of the stator core and faces the end face of each tooth 3 are formed between the insulator 5 and the winding 10. Also in the motor, the winding frame members 6 are inserted into only one side of the end face of the insulator 5, and a gap 11 is formed in each space surrounded by the insulator 5, the winding 10 and a part wherein two ends of the winding frame members 6 adjoin.

Conventionally, an electric motor has teeth 3 provided at equal intervals from a yoke 2 of a stator core 1 and slots 4 are formed on both sides of the teeth 3 to face at least a rotor (not shown). Except for the tip of the tooth part 3, an insulator 5 is integrally formed on the end face of the stator core 1 and the outside of the tooth part 3, or a pair of insulators 5 opposed to each other are attached from both end faces of the stator core 1 for insulation. Then, the winding 10 is directly wound and wound between the slot 4 and the next slot 4.

[0004] However, the insulator 5 is designed so as to be closely fitted to the outer surface of the tooth portion 3. On the other hand, when an alternating current whose polarity is periodically switched flows through the winding 10, a magnetic force that periodically becomes zero is generated between the wires of the winding 10, and vibration occurs.

Further, the winding frame member 6 is provided integrally with an annular portion 7 corresponding to the end face of the yoke portion 2 of the stator core 1,
Since the stator core 1 is disposed on the end surface of the winding 10 on the crossover side, the direct transmission of the electromagnetic vibration is reduced, the number of working steps is reduced, and the component structure of the winding frame member 6 itself is simplified. Thus, assembling workability can be improved.

Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described. At both ends of the winding frame member 6 facing the teeth 3 of the stator core 1, locking claws 6 a are formed which face the slots 4 of the teeth 3 and lock the corners of the insulator 5. In addition, the transmission of the electromagnetic vibration between the winding 10 and the insulator 5 can be reduced without directly transmitting the same, and the gap can be prevented by locking the winding frame member 6 to the slot 4, and the winding process can be prevented. Workability can be improved.

Further, the winding frame member 6 is provided integrally with an arc-shaped corner portion 8 corresponding to the slot 4 side corner portion of the yoke portion 2 of the stator core 1, and is provided on the connection side of the winding 10 of the stator core 1. Since it is arranged on the end face, the transmission of the electromagnetic vibration between the winding 10 and the insulator 5 is reduced without directly transmitting the same, the number of working steps is reduced, and the connection of the winding 10 of the insulator 5 is connected. Terminal erected on the side end face,
It is possible to provide an electric motor that is easy to assemble and that further reduces vibration and noise without causing obstacles such as an outer wall.

As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of teeth are provided on the inner periphery of the yoke portion of the stator core, and slots are formed on both sides of each tooth, and at least the end face of the stator core and the slots are formed. Insulator is integrally molded,
In the electric motor in which a winding is wound around the slot, between the insulator and the winding, a plate-shaped winding frame member corresponding to each tooth end face wider than the width of the teeth of the stator core is provided. A gap was formed between both ends of the winding frame member and the insulator and the winding. As a result, it is possible to provide an electric motor with reduced stator vibration and noise.
