Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and technique to form a lid function wherein a bag is folded to prepare an open/close lid at a desired place using the bag itself and the lid is provided by folding the bag wherein the bag itself can serve both as the bag and the lid. SOLUTION: A thin and soft wire rod material made of stainless steel or aluminum is used as a raw material. The wire is aligned with a material to be used as a packaging material on right and left lateral faces of the bag, and is stuck to the pasted bag by thermal processing, and the wire can be set inside the bag. Therefore, the lid can be formed at will at the position where the bag is folded. Thus, the bag serves both as a bag and an open/close lid in common. For example, the bag is suitable as a bag for potato chips or the like, which is frequently unsealed and sealed while a consumer eats them, ceases eating, and then resumes eating at will. As a bag for snacks or the like, such a food bag is bothersome that is once unsealed, then repetitively unsealed and sealed using a rubber band or a Scotch tape (R). A folding of the bag serves as a lid, and a mouth of the bag can be sealed. The bag can be safely and hygienically sealed while preventing moisture.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, an opening / closing lid can be formed at an arbitrary position by using a bag itself by bending the bag. However, the present invention relates to a technique of forming a lid portion on a bag that can also serve as the bag and the lid itself. Wires of any material made of thin stainless steel or aluminum, etc., formed in a round or flat shape that can maintain sanitary surfaces, are attached to the left and right sides of the bag inside, matching the bonding material of the material used for the packaging material at the same time A bag that can form a lid at the desired position of the bag freely by setting a wire inside the bag by pasting by a laminating process, and also serving as an opening / closing lid. For example, in general, bags such as food bags that are resealed after opening, snacks such as potato chips, etc. Once the bag has been opened, the bag is opened or closed using a rubber ring, cellophane tape or the like, and the lid is opened and closed many times. Therefore, according to the present invention, the folded portion of the bag serves as a lid, and the mouth of the bag can be sealed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the entry of moisture and the like. The folded portion can be easily formed into the role of the lid, and when folded at the position of the bag many times, the folded state of the bag can be maintained by the function of the wire, so that the folded portion of the bag plays the role of the lid. In this way, the bag can be formed in place of the lid of the folded part, and the shape can be held with wire like a core on both sides of the bag, so by keeping the shape for a long time, the freshness and moisture of the product can be prevented . From the above, the bag and lid can be formed easily and easily, and it is considered to be a one-off bag. In a normal bag, if the bag is opened, the opened state of the bag is continued. However, depending on the product, such as food in a bag, food that is put in a bag when the bag is opened for a long period of time, for example, foods that dislike moisture, such as rice crackers and potato chips, have a feeling of grittyness and crispness due to moisture. In many cases, it loses its flavor and cannot be eaten. Therefore, after eating these, if there is usually a residue, the bag is rounded and fixed with a rubber ring, or the opening of the bag is pasted with cellophane tape or the like to prevent moisture. However, each time, a rubber ring or cellophane must be searched, which is very troublesome. As a result of repeated research as a means of easily resolving these problems, a bag having a structure in which a thin metal wire is attached to the left and right side portions of the inside of the bag on both sides on the inside of the bag is manufactured. Bags are made of different materials depending on the purpose of the product handled by the manufacturer.
Wires are also used at the same positions in these bags to form bags with the same structure. Therefore, when the bag is easily bent to the left or right inside, or when the bag is closed, the bag can be sealed and opened to form an open lid. The present invention relates to a technology and a structure that can easily be opened and closed and sealed by using a technology and a structure that incorporates a soft wire.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, bags of foods and the like have been considered mainly because of the idea of simply putting things in and consuming them at one time, or without the lid and thinking only of taking them out. And it is made without thinking about the use again. However, in an aging society and a declining birthrate society, the amount of bags cannot be consumed at one time, and there are many cases where the contents to be used often leave food left in the bags, which is often troublesome.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the present invention, a stainless steel wire-like thin metal rod that can be bent freely and finely many times is attached to the left and right ends of the inner surface of the bag. I do. It is preferable to use a lightweight material that does not rust for hygiene and can be used without requiring much force to return the bag to the extent that the processing cost of the bag can be kept low.Wires of this degree can be purchased commercially. . The bag is preferably made of a material commonly used as a packaging material, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or aluminum-deposited PET resin, or a material formed by laminating polyethylene and polypropylene. In addition, when these materials are bonded together, heat is applied to the bag with stainless steel wire that forms a fold line that functions as a lid for the bag, and the bag is attached to the bag in the processing process, and food, confectionery, etc. The experiment was repeated and the problem was solved by making it possible to easily manufacture a bag with a folded lid at the required position simply by forming the bag.

Means for Solving the Problems It is preferable to use a thin metal wire which can be used hygienically inside the bag and is made of stainless lace which has a characteristic that does not rust, and which maintains appropriate strength and softness. As a result of an experiment for selecting a metal product, it was found that it was suitable for use as a means for folding a bag. In addition, in the case of a laminated bag made of food packaging material, for example, polypropylene, polyethylene, aluminum-evaporated PET resin, polypropylene, etc., wire is applied to a place where the left and right sides of an arbitrary bag width are hit in the manufacturing process of the laminating process. I found that I could set it up and paste it with a hot heat. A total of two pieces are fixed in the bag, one on each side of the inner surface of the bag. Therefore, a part that hits the bone of the bag is formed, and a wire that can maintain a lightly bent shape is attached. When formed and manufactured in a bag shape, any part of the bag is folded lightly to serve as a lid. Solved the problem by concurrently serving.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the metal used as a wire portion is soft enough to be easily folded with a fingertip without resistance when the bag is bent. Set the material in the bag. The bag of the present invention can be manufactured by heat-treating a material such as polypropylene which is used simultaneously as a packaging material for the bag and the wire. Therefore, it can be used for snacks that dislike moisture and foods that need to be preserved. In addition, during normal sales and the like, there is no change in the shape of the conventional bag, and when used, the bag is bent to provide a lid function with a soft wire, so that opening and sealing can be easily performed.
