Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively deter the proliferation of various germs without deteriorating flavor or taste when packaging cooked bread such as a sandwich with a packaging film formed of a readily tearable directional film. SOLUTION: This portable food such as a sandwich is obtained by superimposing plastic films formed by applying unsealing directional properties, providing a nearly trapezoidal bag form having one opened end, forming a nipping piece 36 in a side part extending in the direction crossing the unsealing direction of the film in the peripheral side part, forming the inner surface of the resultant packaging film 3 into an antimicrobial film surface containing an inorganic antimicrobial agent so as to bring the surface of the sandwich into contact with the antimicrobial film surface when packaging the sandwich and deterring the proliferation of various germs on the sandwich surface.

2. Description of the Related Art This type of portable food must be put in a display case maintained at a predetermined temperature at a store such as a convenience store, and quality control performed properly, such as discarding food that has passed a predetermined time since manufacture. Thus, maintenance of freshness and prevention of propagation of various bacteria are aimed at. However, even if the quality control of over-the-counter products is mistaken or the quality control at the store is performed properly, it may take a long time in the unsanitary environment on the part of the purchaser, for example, in a hot and humid car exposed to sunlight. If left unchecked, it cannot be said that there is no danger of eating unsanitary foods where germs have propagated. Therefore, it is desirable that the propagation of various germs can be suppressed as much as possible irrespective of the food storage environment.

[0003] On the other hand, the propagation of various bacteria can be suppressed to some extent by using preservatives and preservatives, but the use of additives does not meet the recent demands for nature and health, and above all, It is not appropriate as it will impair freshness and flavor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, a main material made of a cooking pan such as a sandwich is laminated with a plastic film or sheet provided with a tearing directionality by thermal expansion, and one side is opened. A substantially trapezoidal bag-like shape, and the peripheral portion of the film or sheet is wrapped with a packaging film having an opening knob formed on a side extending in a direction intersecting the above-described direction. It is an object of the present invention to effectively suppress the propagation of various bacteria in a portable food such as a sandwich without impairing the flavor and taste.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have investigated the mechanism of propagation of various germs in portable foods mainly made of cooking bread, and based on the results, have found the most safe and effective method. Thus, the present invention has found a means for inhibiting the growth of various bacteria. In other words, in this type of food, vegetables, processed meat, and various sauces are sandwiched between or inside two pieces of bread, the bread absorbs these moistures, and is also packaged in a substantially sealed state. The environment becomes suitable for the propagation of various bacteria, and the bacteria propagate from the surface side of the bread that receives direct sunlight. Therefore, if the germs can be killed on the surface side of the main material, the propagation of the germs can be suppressed.

[0006] Therefore, in the portable food of the present invention, the contact surface of the packaging film with the main material is an antibacterial film surface. If at least the contact surface is the antibacterial film surface, the surface of the other part or the entire surface of the packaging film may be the antibacterial film surface. According to this, the germs on the surface side of the main material can be killed by the antibacterial film, and propagation can be suppressed. It is preferable that the packaging film is formed by laminating a film containing an inorganic antibacterial agent, and the contact surface is a film surface containing the inorganic antibacterial agent. Thereby, the surface side of the main material is sanitarily maintained, and the flavor and taste are not impaired.

As shown in FIG. 2, the packaging film 3 is composed of two plastic films, at least one of which is formed so as to be easily torn in a specific direction by thermal stretching. Are arranged so as to be in the up-down direction, and are cut into a substantially trapezoidal shape. At the same time, both the oblique sides of the substantially trapezoidal shape are heat-bonded 31, and the upper side is located at a position inward by a predetermined width. Heat sticking 32,
The lower side is opened to form an opening 33, and two parallel cuts 35, 35 are formed at the tip 34 above the upper side of the thermal bonding section 32 toward the thermal bonding section 32. And a knob 36 as an opening means.

The inner surface of the packaging film 3 which comes into contact with the surface of the main material 2 is formed as a surface having an antibacterial action. As a means for imparting antibacterial properties to the packaging film 3, as an example, as shown in FIG. 3, an antibacterial film containing an inorganic antibacterial agent on at least one surface of a plastic film 4 which is a material for forming them. 5 is laminated. Here, examples of the inorganic antibacterial agent include an antibacterial zeolite. Antimicrobial zeolites are natural or synthetic zeolites and zirconium phosphates,
That is, ion-exchangeable ions of an aluminosilicate having a three-dimensional skeleton structure, for example, sodium ions, calcium ions, all or a part of potassium ions, etc. are antibacterial ions, for example, silver ions, copper ions, zinc ions,
It is replaced with ammonium ions, etc., and the zeolite is brought into contact with the prepared mixed aqueous solution containing a plurality of kinds of antibacterial ions or an aqueous solution containing each antibacterial ion alone to displace the ions, and then dried. Can be generated. In order to obtain a high antibacterial activity, the antibacterial ion is desirably contained in the zeolite in an amount of about 0.1 to 15% by weight (110% by dry weight).
The average particle diameter of the generated particles is preferably 6 μm or less. The antimicrobial film 5 can be obtained by mixing a suitable organic polymer compound such as an ionomer resin, polyethylene, polystyrene, or polypropylene, which can be formed into a film, with the above antibacterial zeolite and forming a film thereof. The antibacterial film 5 has a thickness of 15 μm or less, preferably 2 to 12 μm, and more preferably about 3 to 6 μm. As the plastic film 4 to be laminated with the antibacterial film 5, a film made of the above organic polymer compound can be used, and both films are formed to a thickness of about 5 to 100 μm, preferably about 10 to 50 μm by a co-extrusion method, a lamination method, or the like. They can be formed by lamination. Note that a single-layer film containing an inorganic antibacterial agent may be used as the packaging film 3.

In the packaged state, the inside is substantially sealed and has no air permeability and high humidity. However, since the surface of the main material 2 is in contact with the antibacterial film 5 containing the inorganic antibacterial agent, The germs attached to the surface can be killed, propagation can be suppressed, and the food can be kept hygienic.

Further, when opening the package, the user grips the tab 36 formed on the packaging film 3 and pulls it in the direction of the opening 33, so that the film gets over the heat sticking section 32 and is cut straight along the direction of extension, thereby facilitating easy opening. The main ingredient 2 can be taken out and eaten.

As the main material 2, various cooking pans such as hot dogs and hamburgers can be used in addition to sandwiches. Further, the packaging film 3 may be formed using a plastic sheet slightly thicker than the plastic film. The packaging film 3 was formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape, and a knob 36 was provided at the top end of the packaging film 3.
In the case where the film is arranged so that the direction in which the film can be easily torn by thermal expansion becomes the left-right direction, the film can be provided on any of the right and left oblique sides or side surfaces. In place of the knob 36, as shown in FIG. 6, an opening means may be used in which a narrow width tape 38 is attached to the surface of the film and the film is opened by pulling the tape. Perforated tears can also be used.
