Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of enabling a salesman to recommend commodities to a customer by judging when the customer needs new shoes. SOLUTION: The customer wears the shoes having a function capable of detecting its wearing-out and wirelessly transmitting a result of the detection. A receiver for receiving the electric wave transmitted from the shoes is installed at a wicket of a station or the like, and is connected to a personal computer of the salesman of the shoes through a communication circuit, so that the salesman receives the electric wave transmitted from the shoes, and a customer's number transmitted by the electric wave through the receiver and the communication circuit, catches the defects of the electric wave caused by the breakage of antennas in a part of the shoes, of a part of frequency among the electric waves transmitted from the shows, and as a result, knows the wearing-out state of the shoes, whereby he obtains the customer's number transmitted from the shoes from a customer's data base, and sends a catalogue of the commodity to the obtained mail address by e-mail.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it has not been practiced to hear the opinion of a shoe manufacturer in order to accurately judge when to replace shoes with respect to shoes worn daily. Also, in order to hear the opinion of the shoe manufacturer, it is necessary to go to a shoe store or the like, and such a thing is not generally performed.

The aging of shoes gradually progresses at the same time as the wearer's adaptation to the body shape, and since the shoes are mainly used outdoors, the waterproofness is reduced without the shoe wearer's notice. However, the joint portion is apt to be weakened, which may cause inconveniences such as flooding and breakage, and further, detachment of the sole of the shoe. If it is the first time to know about aging after a failure has occurred, if there is a person who regularly monitors the aging of shoes and notifies the wearer of the shoes in a timely manner, it is time to change the shoes You can avoid it, but in reality there is no such person.

[0005] In addition, health management is performed by wearing a pedometer (registered trademark). However, this pedometer-based management method requires a certain amount of will to last long with individual effort. Looking at the daily step count data, if someone can give you timely advice such as "I walked less today, walk more tomorrow." However, in reality, there is no system that notifies the health manager of the step count information and receives advice.

The supplied radio communication circuit operates to emit radio waves at a plurality of frequencies from a plurality of antennas. These radio waves are received by a receiving device provided at a ticket gate of a station provided as a service area for a number of wearers of the shoes of the present invention. However, when the outermost antenna is cut along with damage to the peripheral portion of the shoe due to aging of the shoe, radio waves having the longest wavelength are lost.
When the partially lost radio wave is received by the shoe dealer's personal computer together with the customer number, the shoe dealer sends an e-mail to the shoe database by e-mail to the e-mail address obtained by referring to the customer number in the customer database. Can be As described above, the guidance is provided in a timely manner according to the grasp of the state of aging of the shoes, so that the customer can replace the shoes at an appropriate time.
