ータシステムであって、 各保険契約者毎の車両固有情報履歴証を記録する履歴証
データベースと、その保険契約者のＩＤコード・パスワ
ードを含めた契約ユーザ情報データベースとを少なくと
も備え、 新規保険契約時に業務処理端末で作成した車両固有情報
履歴証を前記履歴証データベースの当該保険契約者のテ
ーブルに記録すると共に、前記保険契約者に発行する車
両固有情報履歴証として書込・読取可能且つ消去不能な
記録媒体にその発行データをコピー記録する記録媒体発
行手段と、 前記保険契約者が後に、前記履歴証データベースを検索
し、当該履歴証テーブルにアクセスし、閲覧確認するた
め契約ユーザ情報データベースに登録する契約ユーザ登
録手段と、 事故受付時、事故補償支払時、保険期間期限による更新
保険契約時にそれぞれ業務処理端末で作成した車両固有
情報履歴証に追加すべき追加履歴証を日付順に逐次前記
保険契約者のテーブルに追加記録すると共に、先に当該
保険契約者に発行し、車両固有情報履歴証として先に契
約者に渡した記録媒体に前記追加履歴証を追加記録する
記録媒体追加更新手段と、 保険契約者が任意の場所から前記履歴証データベースの
自分の車両固有情報履歴証を検索可能とするために、保
険契約者がインターネットを介したアクセス信号に応答
して、契約ユーザ情報データベースを調べＩＤコード・
