For example, in a treatment pond 1 of a sewerage facility as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a flat-type cover 2 is installed so as to extend over both side edges to completely cover the opening of the treatment pond 1. This prevents the odor from spreading to the surroundings. The cover 2 has a rectangular plate shape, and is fixed by pressing both side ends thereof from above by holding metal fittings 3 screwed to both side edges of the treatment pond 1.

However, although treatment ponds such as the above-mentioned water supply and sewage facilities and other water places are often located in places with good solar radiation conditions, conventionally, such treatment ponds are not used. The upper surface of the covering lid or other water cover was not effectively used, and the solar energy irradiated there was wasted.

In the case of treatment ponds of water supply and sewage facilities, etc., since they often occupy a particularly large area, a structure such as a steel frame is conventionally assembled above the structure, and the roof of the structure is constructed. Photovoltaic power generators were being built with solar cell panels attached to the parts. However, such a large-scale photovoltaic power generator not only poses a danger of working at heights during construction, but also has a height of about 10 m above the ground when performing maintenance work on the solar panel. Work must be performed on the above structure, which poses a problem of danger to workers.

The cover 2 shown here is of a flat type in which glass fiber reinforced resin (FRP) is formed into a rectangular plate shape. The glass fiber reinforced resin refers to a resin obtained by reinforcing (unsaturated) polyester resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, olefin resin, or the like with glass fibers. This cover 2
As shown in FIG. 1, both end portions are placed on both side edges of the treatment pond 1 via a packing material 4 and pressed from above by holding metal fittings 3 screwed to these both side edges, respectively. Thereby, while opening the opening of the treatment pond 1,
It is designed to be fixed here. Some of the flat cover 2 can be easily opened and closed in order to facilitate inspection of the treatment tank 1 and the like.

On the upper surface of the cover 2, a solar cell panel 5
Has been fixed. The solar cell panel 5 is a panel formed by surrounding a square flat plate-shaped solar cell module with a frame, and the solar cell module generates power by being irradiated with sunlight. This solar panel 5
The fixing means to the cover lid 2 is optional.
Is fixed by surrounding the periphery with a frame 6 fixed to the upper surface of the. The solar cell panel 5 may be fixed using bolts, or may be fixed using an adhesive or the like. However, if the solar cell panel 5 is easily detached from the upper surface of the cover 2, there is a risk that the solar cell panel 5 will be blown off when it is blown by a strong wind or the like. The solar cell panel 5 fixed on the upper surface of each cover 2 in this manner performs wiring between the solar cell panels 5 to generate power.

According to the photovoltaic power generator having the above configuration, the solar cell panel 5 is mounted on the upper surface of the cover 2 installed in the treatment pond 1 of the sewage facility in order to prevent the spread of odor. In addition, the energy of sunlight applied to the upper surface of the cover 2 can be effectively used. In addition, since the upper surface of the cover 2 is used to attach the solar cell panel 5, a large-scale construction such as constructing a structure by assembling a steel frame is not required.
In addition, since the solar panel 5 attached to the cover 2 can be easily maintained by the operator from both side edges of the treatment tank 1 and the cover 2, there is a danger in the maintenance work. No more.

In the above-described embodiment, the case in which the flat cover 2 is used has been described. However, the solar cell panel 5 is similarly provided on the upper surface of the dome or other shape of the cover 2.
Can be arranged. Since the upper surface of the dome-shaped cover 2 is curved in a cylindrical shape, a solar cell panel 5 which is similarly curved may be arranged. However, when a normal flat plate-shaped solar cell panel 5 is used, For example, a concave portion may be provided on a curved upper surface, and one or two or more solar cell panels 5 may be fitted therein. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a flexible amorphous solar cell panel can be directly attached to the curved upper surface of the dome-shaped cover 2. Furthermore, if the solar cell panel 5 is installed by being inclined southward by the latitude angle of the installation location,
Since the power generation efficiency is the highest, the cover 2 having an inclined upper surface can also be used.

In the above embodiment, the fixed cover 2
Has been described, but the present invention can be similarly implemented in the case of a movable cover 2 so that the surface of the treatment pond 1 can be arbitrarily opened for inspection or the like. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the solar cell panel 5 is fixed to the upper surface of the cover 2 has been described.
It is not always necessary to fix. That is, for example, the solar cell panel 5 can be attached such that the inclination angle and the rotation angle of the solar cell panel 5 change automatically or manually according to the height and direction of the sun.
