Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of an electrical-wire branch appliance, which is fitted to a suspension wire which hangs an electrical wire between utility poles and used for branching the covered electrical wire, and saves work by simplifying anchoring and fixing of the covered electrical wire to the suspension wire. SOLUTION: The branching/supporting appliance contains a branch metal appliance, which has united body and is composed of wound parts 11 formed by making the both sides of a wire-like substance into spirals having inside diameters slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the suspension wire, and an anchor appliance locking part 12 formed by swelling it at approximately the center part of the wire-like substance. The wound parts 11 on both sides are wound on the suspension wire and fixed. Moreover, the branching/supporting appliance contains an electrical-wire anchoring appliance 2, composed of an anchoring part 22 formed by folding another wire-like substance back, and an electrical-wire holding part 21 formed more on the tip side than on the anchoring part 22 of the wire-like substance in to spirals, having inside diameters smaller than the outside diameter of the covered branch wire. The anchor appliance 2 is locked in the locking part 12 of the metal appliance 1, and the holding part 21 winds round and holds the branched covered electrical wire.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to supply electricity to each electric consumer from a covered electric wire of a trunk line which is erected using a telephone pole, the covered electric wire is often branched. With respect to the prior art, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 59-63917 discloses a method in which a lead-in arm is fixed to a utility pole, a lead-in branch line is attached to this arm via an insulator, and each branch line is drawn out. In order to fix low-voltage overhead lead-in wires to messenger wires and structures, a DV made of porcelain is used.
Wire drawing fasteners are also used (JP-A-56-6618).

JP-A-8-289450 discloses that a main cable attached to a main messenger wire is connected by a connection box, and an electric wire branched in the connection box is attached to a branch messenger wire branched from the main messenger wire. Power is distributed, but a clamp is provided at the tip of the branch messenger wire to serve as a retaining tool. The main messenger wire is sandwiched between a pair of gripping metal fittings and bolted. Fix it with bolts, and on this tongue,
The branch messenger wire is fixed by the above-mentioned clamp.

[0004] In another method, a metal branch made of a steel plate is attached to a branching point on a suspension wire or a messenger wire by bolting, and then, on a ceramic porcelain insulator, for each wire of the coated electric wire. It has also been known that a wrap insulator is connected to the above-mentioned branch hardware by a hook after being wound and fixed with a string or the like, thereby branching the covered electric wire. The use of the stranded insulators was intended to withstand the tension of the insulated wire between the branch point and the electric customer for electrical protection.

However, in the conventional branch support, a slightly large branch metal piece is fastened and fixed to the suspension line with a bolt or the like, or a branch metal part or a grip metal part is previously assembled at an intermediate portion of the suspension line. Since a plurality of covered electric wires are wound around a ceramic insulator and fixed with a cord or the like, the work is complicated and the fixing of the covered electric wire is complicated. Such work requires labor and labor due to the removal, relocation, and expansion of branch points, which is uneconomical.

According to the present invention, there is provided an electric wire branch support comprising: a winding portion formed on both sides of a linear body into a spiral having a spiral inner diameter slightly smaller than an outer diameter of a suspension line; A retaining member engaging portion having a substantially central portion formed to bulge; The branching support further includes an electric wire anchoring device that is engaged with the anchoring device engaging portion, and the helical winding portions on both sides are wound around and fixed to the suspension wire to suspend the wire held by the electric wire anchoring device. It is fixed to the line.

In the branch metal fitting, the spiral winding portions on both sides are wound around the suspension line, and when the retaining member engaging portion is pulled in either direction, the spiral winding portion on one of the spiral winding portions on both sides is formed. A tensile stress is generated between the suspension and the suspension line, and the frictional force therebetween causes the spirally wound portion to tighten the suspension line, and as a result, the branch metal fitting is fixed to the suspension line.

[0010] Further, the branch support has a retaining portion formed by folding a separate linear body, and a smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the above-mentioned branch-covered electric wire at a position ahead of the retaining portion of the linear body. A wire holding portion formed into a spiral having a spiral inner diameter. In the electric wire retaining tool, the retaining portion is engaged with the retaining device engaging portion of the branch metal fitting, and the wire holding portion is wound around the branched electric wire and holds the wire.

[0011] When the insulated wire branched in this way is fixed to the suspension wire, in the wire anchoring device, when a tensile force acts on the insulated wire, the tensile force between the insulated wire and the helical wire body of the wire holding portion. Then, the spiral wire body expands and contracts the inner diameter, and the coated electric wire is fixed to the electric wire holding portion by the frictional force with the coated electric wire. This tension of the insulated wire generates a pulling force on the suspension line from the wire holding section through the wire retaining device, and the branch support is fixed to the suspension line for the reason described above, and the insulated wire is fixed to the suspension line. Will be done.

Further, the branch support preferably includes a fitting which is interposed between the above-mentioned wire retaining portion to be engaged and the retainer engaging portion. The fitting prevents wear and breakage of the linear members of the retaining portion and the retaining device engaging portion that intersect each other. Preferably, the fitting is formed of an insulator, and the insulator blocks an electric leakage to the suspension line in the case of an electrical short circuit of the wire retaining portion due to a damage of the covering layer of the covered electric wire. In this way, the fitting can guarantee mechanical strength and electrical insulation performance.

The branch support bracket of the present invention has a very simple structure, can be easily attached to an arbitrary position of a mounted suspension line, and can easily branch a branch wire branched from the middle of the wire. Can be held. Moreover, the work of attaching the branch support metal to the suspension wire and the work of attaching the insulated wire to the branch support are all performed only by winding the spiral wire without damaging the covering of each wire of the insulated wire. Can be easily fixed.
