Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a branch line retainer for branching an overhead electric wire stretched between utility poles at the location.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, to divide an aerial distribution line between utility poles, as shown in FIG. 12, a messenger wire 51 is stretched between the utility poles 50 (one electrical pole is not shown in FIG. 12), and the messenger wire 51 is branched from the middle. The messenger 52 is pulled out in a T shape, and each electric wire 53 is branched into a cable 54 at 50 electric poles, and the cable 54 is branched along the messenger wire 51 and the messenger wire 52 for branching.
However, in the case of branching between the utility poles 50 as described above, the messenger wire 51 and the messenger wire 52 for branching must be provided, and it takes time for branching work, and at the same time, the configuration is complicated and the cost is high.
[0003]
Therefore, as a branch line retention structure that can simplify the branching between such power poles, branch anywhere between the power poles, and easily perform the branching work, the branch wire retaining tool is installed on the aerial distribution line itself between the power poles. As shown in FIG. 13, it is possible to hold the branch line with this fastening tool.
This branch line retainer includes a main line holder 56 for supporting the main line 55 and a branch line receiver 58 having one end connected to the main line receiver 56 by a hinge 57, and one end of the branch line 59 is connected to the branch line receiver 58. Is to keep.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although it is good if the direction of retaining the branch line 59 is perpendicular to the main line 55, as shown in the figure, if the branch line 59 is held at an angle with respect to the main line 55, When a tension of T acts on the branch line 59, loads of F and F ′ act on the main line 55, and the balance is maintained. At this time, if there is an angle in the tension direction of the branch line 59, a rotational moment of M acts on the A portion. In this state, for a long period of time, the main wire holder 56 and the branch wire receiver 58 are adapted to the position of the straight line, and the B and C portions of the main line 55 are bent, which adversely affects the strands and the covering. Will be affected.
[0005]
The present invention provides a branch line retainer for branching a branch line by supporting the branch line retainer on the overhead power distribution line itself between such power poles, without providing a messenger wire etc. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem by providing a branch line retainer that retains the branch line in a stable state for a period and does not adversely affect the strands and the covering such as the main line.
[0006]
The present invention relates to a retainer for branching an overhead electric wire having a coating on the outer periphery of an element wire, which is stretched between utility poles. A holding fixture is provided in which the fixture is rotatably fitted by a hinge, the main line is inserted into the convexly curved gripping groove of the main line holder, the main holder is supported by the main line, and the other end of the branch line holder is branched. The ends of the wires were fastened, and the holding points for branching between the power poles of the overhead electric wires were provided with the hinge points by the shaft support of the main wire holder and the branch wire holders provided on the opposite side of the branch line with respect to the main wire.
[0007]
Example of embodiment
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 3 to FIG. 4 show a clasp 1 used in the present invention. The clasp 1 has a U-shaped portion 2a having a U-shaped cross section at one end. A main wire bracket 3 is rotatably provided by a bolt shaft 4 in the mold part 2a. The other end of the branch wire holder 2 is provided with bearing plates 2b on both sides, and a bolting shaft 5 provided between these two bearing portions 2b is rotatably supported by a tensioning insulator 6. A nut 7 is screwed to the end of the bolt shaft 5, and a nut loosening prevention ring 8 is further provided. In addition, spacer support hooks 10 are provided in grooves 9 provided at both ends of the U-shaped portion 2a of the branch wire receiver 2.
[0008]
FIG. 5 to FIG. 7 show the above-mentioned main line receiving tool 3, which is made of a cross-shaped square insulator, and has a holding groove 3 a for inserting the main line on one side constituted by upper and lower plates. As shown in FIG. 6, the bottom 3b of 3a is curved with an appropriate curvature. In addition, a collar 11 that fits both upper and lower ends is provided in a hole 3c provided on each of the upper and lower plates opposite to the gripping groove 3a. Therefore, the bolt shaft 4 is inserted into the collar 11 of the main body holder 3 by passing through the holes formed at the ends of the upper and lower plates of the U-shaped portion 2a of the branch line holder 2, and the main line holder 3 is The U-shaped portion 2a of the branch wire holder 2 is rotatably provided.
A nut 12 is screwed onto the end of the bolt shaft 4 protruding from the U-shaped portion 2a, and a nut loosening prevention ring 13 is fitted.
[0009]
8 and 9 are detailed mounting views of the spacer support hook 10 provided on the U-shaped portion 2a of the branch line holder 2. The upper and lower sides of one end of the U-shaped portion 2a of the branch line holder 2 are shown in FIGS. A shallow groove 9 is provided at the edge, and a deep groove 9 is provided at the upper and lower edges of the other end at a position corresponding to the shallow groove 9. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the spacer support hook 10 has its central portion placed in the U-shaped portion 2a, and the protruding hook portions 10a at both ends protrude from the deep groove 9 to the outside of the U-shaped portion 2a. Then, it is returned to the inside of the U-shaped portion 2a again, and further, the inner sides of the upper and lower plates in the U-shaped portion 2a are fitted, and the key-shaped portion 10b at the tip is locked in the shallow groove 9 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, one end of the spacer 14 is locked to each protruding hook portion 10a protruding vertically, and the other end of the spacer 14 is locked to a branch line clamp (not shown) of the other phase positioned above and below. Thus, even if the main line is shaken by the wind or the like, the branch line clamps 1 of each phase do not approach or come into contact with each other.
[0010]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the branch line retainer 1 puts the main line 15 into the holding groove 3 a of the main line holder 3, supports the branch line retainer 1 to the main line 15, and further lashes the bind. Both ends of the wire 16 are wound around the main wire 15, and the central portion thereof is passed through the outer periphery of the collar 11 of the main wire receiving device 3 in the U-shaped portion 2 a of the branching wire receiving device 2 so that the branch wire retaining device 1 does not fall. To support.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the base portion of the winding grip 18 that grips one end of the branch line 17 is wound around the outer periphery of the retaining insulator 6 of the branch line holder 2, and the branch line 17 is retained.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, when a tension acts on the branch line 17, a load in the longitudinal direction acts on the main line 15 to maintain the balance. At this time, even if there is an angle in the tension direction of the branch line 17 with respect to the main line 15, the compressive load of the main line 15 and the tension of the branch line 17 are independent of each other about the hinge point (bolt shaft 4). Acts and does not affect the load direction.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is a branch line retainer that branches the branch line by supporting the branch line retainer between the overhead distribution lines between the utility poles, the branch line can be retained without providing a messenger wire or the like. Is easy. In addition, by providing the hinge points of the main line holder and branch line holder on the opposite side of the branch line with respect to the main line, even if the main line has an angle in the direction of tension of the branch line with respect to the main line, The compressive load and the branch line tension act independently about the hinge point, and do not affect the load direction. Therefore, the main line is not twisted. In addition, because the bottom of the grip groove of the main wire catcher has a convex curve with an appropriate curvature, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of abnormal concentrated loads such as bending of the wire and to keep the branch line in a stable state for a long time. it can.
