た。2. Description of the Related Art The post-war and post-bubble consumer lifestyles have dramatically changed the dietary habits of modern people. To summarize the change, westernization is remarkable, and the intake of fat or animal protein has been drastically increased. With such a change in diet,
The physiology of modern humans has also changed significantly, resulting in new diseases or non-health conditions that do not lead to diseases. Such adverse events on health include a sudden increase in circulatory diseases, an increase in cerebral dysfunction, and occurrence of various adverse events associated with abnormal lipid metabolism.
Among them, rapid increase of circulatory disease and increase of cerebral dysfunction are issues in the field of medicine, but in the field of cosmetics,
The occurrence of inconvenient events associated with abnormal lipid metabolism has become a major issue. Specifically, such problems include problems such as increased makeup collapse and inhibition of hair growth due to increased lipid metabolism. In particular, the problem of hair loss is a serious problem in men, not to mention the explosive hit of minoxidil formulations. Against this background, there has been a demand for the development of a technique for removing excess or deteriorated metabolic lipids from the hair surrounding tissue. Furthermore, in such a site, blood flow in peripheral blood vessels is inhibited,
It is said that such poor blood circulation is also a factor that promotes hair loss. From the viewpoint of hair care, it is considered preferable to expand peripheral blood vessels and improve peripheral blood flow. However, it has never been known that coexistence of such a substance that increases blood flow helps to remove lipids when removing lipids and dirt from the skin.

Although such a technique is already known, there is no known component capable of specifically dissolving and removing sebum, and a usual detergent contains such a sebum-soluble component to further remove sebum. No cleaning agent with enhanced removal action was known. Therefore, it has not been conceived that such a dissolving / removing action can be improved by combining such a component with a component for improving peripheral blood flow.

Means cosmetics used for the purpose, for example, head washing such as shampoo, rinse,
Examples include body cleansing agents such as soap and body shampoo, and facial cleansing agents such as facial cleanser and facial soap. Among them, the washing agent of the present invention is particularly preferably used as such a washing agent for the head, because it has an excellent action of removing sebum particularly around the scalp or around the pores of the head.
The cleaning agent of the present invention has the effect that the scalp or the scalp is difficult to remove by using only a surfactant such as a conventional anionic surfactant such as shampoo or a nonionic surfactant as an active ingredient of the cleaning agent. It has the effect of removing sebum near pores. When the cleaning agent of the present invention is used as a head cleaning agent, it can be formulated into a shampoo or the like together with the surfactant, or can be formulated together with a nonionic surfactant as a pre-shampoo cleansing. You can also. Particularly preferred among them is cleansing for pre-shampoo. This is because the components of the cleaning agent of the present invention can significantly increase the cleaning ability of the surfactant contained in the shampoo by removing sebum and oily stains in advance. In order to prepare such a cleansing dosage form for pre-shampoo, the general formula (I) which is an essential component of the detergent of the present invention is used.
And a nonionic surfactant which is well compatible with sebum stains. Preferred examples of such nonionic surfactants include, for example, fatty acid esters of polyglycerin. In this case, the preferable average degree of polymerization of polyglycerin is, for example, 4 to 20, and more preferably, 7 to 15. Further, as the fatty acid residue, a lauric acid residue can be particularly preferably exemplified. The preferred content of these nonionic surfactants is from 0.01 to
20% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 10% by weight. This is because if the amount is too large, the feeling of use such as stickiness may be impaired, and if the amount is too small, the effect of addition may not be obtained.
