前記ポリアルキレングリコール(A)の平均分子量(X)が400〜10000であり、かつ、該ポリアルキレングリコール(A)の平均分子量(X)と前記ポリアルキレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート/不飽和カルボン酸系共重合体(B)のポリアルキレングリコール鎖部分の平均分子量(Y)が下記式(1)を満たしており、
0.9<(X/Y)<1.1 (1)
前記ポリアルキレングリコール(A)と前記ポリアルキレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート/不飽和カルボン酸系共重合体(B)の重量比が(A)/(B)=0.02〜0.3である、
ことを特徴とするセメント混和剤。

前記ポリアルキレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート/不飽和カルボン酸系共重合体(B)におけるカルボキシル基を全て未中和型に換算したときのカルボキシル基ミリ当量数が、0.25〜5.00meq/gである、請求項1に記載のセメント混和剤。

前記ポリアルキレングリコール(A)が下記一般式(2)で表されるものである、請求項1または2に記載のセメント混和剤。
