Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To (1) perform an ozone washing and rinsing of clothes or the like in one washing tub by forming the washing tub of a conventional vertical washing machine of ozone-resistant material, to (2) drain the used dipping water as waste water free from danger from piping by rotating the washing tub prior to draining and moving the dipping water to decompose the residual ozone, and to (3) provide an ozone washing method allowing the above and a washing device using this method. SOLUTION: The ozone dissolved water after dipping washing in the washing tub of an ozone washing device is partially left and transferred to a tank, and the partial dipping water left in the washing tub is rotated together with washing matters, whereby the residual ozone contained in the dipping water can be decomposed, and the ozone dissolved water transferred to the tank can be returned and recycled.

2. Description of the Related Art A washing tub in washing ozone of clothes or the like by an ozone washing apparatus is of a vertical rotation type used in a conventional washing machine. The reason is to enable rinsing and dehydration after ozone cleaning in this washing tub. However, it was not clear whether ozone cleaning could be performed effectively in a washing tub of this shape. In the operation method according to the present invention, a part of the ozone-dissolved water after immersion cleaning is drained from an external water pipe as waste water. However, if the wastewater is discarded as it is, there is an environmental problem because it contains residual ozone.

Means for Solving the Problems (1) A part of the ozone-dissolved water after immersion and washing in the washing tub of the ozone washing apparatus is transferred to the tank except for a part of the immersion water remaining in the washing tub. By rotating the laundry together, residual ozone contained in the immersion water can be decomposed and the ozone-dissolved water transferred to the tank can be returned to the washing tub and reused. (2) Through a vertical washing tub, a tank provided in the washing tub, an ozone generator connected to the tank by a pipe, a pipe for supplying ozone dissolved water from the tank to the washing tub, and a washing tub and the pipe. The washing device is composed of a connected ozone killer, a drain pipe provided at a lower portion of the washing tub, and a new water source connected to the inside of the washing tub via a pipe.

FIG. 2 shows an ozone washing apparatus 1 for carrying out the method of the present invention. Ozone gas is supplied to a washing tub 2 and a tank 3 provided in the washing tub 2 for storing ozone-dissolved water and a pipe 5a communicating with the tank 3. And an ozone gas generator 4 that supplies the ozone gas through a pipe 5b. The tank 3 is connected to the washing tub 2 through a pipe 6.
It is connected to the upper part. The washing tub 2 is also connected to a fresh water source via a pipe 7. Further, the washing tub 2 is drained by a drain pipe 8. The washing tub 2 has a door 9 through which the state of the contents can be monitored and laundry is put. 10 is an ozone killer. As a result, ozone is not discharged during the exhaust.

[0006] An operation method of the ozone washing device 1 using the ozone washing device 1 having the above configuration will be described.
(FIG. 1) (1) The ozone gas generated by the ozone gas generator 4 is dissolved in the water in the tank 3 while being looped by the pipe 5a to produce ozone dissolved water. (2) Open the door 9 and put the laundry into the washing tub 2 and close the door 9. Dispense ozone-dissolved water from tank 3 to washing tub 2
The washing is immersed in ozone-dissolved water for washing (ozone washing). (3) After the completion of the ozone cleaning, the immersion water in the washing tub 2
Transfer the amount required for the next wash to the tank 3, leaving a part. (4) The remaining ozone contained in the immersion water is decomposed by rotating the immersion water remaining in the washing tub 2 together with the laundry. At the same time, the ozone gas generated from the immersion water is exhausted from the washing tub 2 through the ozone killer. After decomposition treatment, external piping 8
Drain more ozone-free water. (5) Wash water (new hot water) is injected into the washing tub 2 from the pipe 7 to perform washing and dehydration operations. (6) The washing water is transferred to the tank 3 and reused as a solvent for ozone-dissolved water in the next washing. (7) Return to step (1) and perform the next washing.
