Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可逆的に失活した触媒粒子とH2およびCOを含有するガスバブルとを含んでな る3相炭化水素合成スラリー中の該触媒粒子を再生するための方法であって、該 方法は、下記ステップ(イ)および(ロ)を含むことを特徴とする触媒の再生方 法。 (イ)COを含有しないパージガスおよびH2を該スラリー中に送入して該COを除去 し、COを低減したスラリーを形成するステップ (ロ)次いで、H2含有触媒再生ガスを該COを低減した該スラリー中に送入して、 少なくとも部分的に該触媒粒子を再生して、再生済触媒スラリーおよび再生オフ ガスを形成するステップ 2.該再生ガスは、H2:CO比が3:1を超え、CO含有量が10モル%未満 である炭化水素合成反応器テールガスを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載 の触媒の再生方法。 3.該再生オフガスは、未反応H2を含み、かつ水でスクラッビングして触媒失 活種を除去された後、該再生ガスのすべてまたは一部として、該スラリー中に循 環して戻されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の触媒の再生方法。 4.該テールガスの少なくとも一部は、該スラリーを通過した後水で洗浄されて 該触媒失活種を除去され、再生ガスとして該スラリーに再循環されることを特徴 とする請求の範囲2記載の触媒の再生方法。 5.該パージガスの少なくとも一部は、パージ中に該スラリー中に再循環される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の触媒の再生方法。 6.該再生は、水性ガス転化反応を抑制するために十分な量のCO2の存在下に 行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の触媒の再生方法。 7.次の(a)〜(e)からなるステップを含むことを特徴とするスラリー炭化 水素合成方法。 (a)1種以上の触媒失活種および炭化水素合成触媒の存在下で、H2とCOとの混 合物を含む合成ガスを、該ガスから炭化水素を形成するのに有効な反応条件で炭 化水素合成スラリー中に送入するステップであって、該炭化水素の少なくとも一 部分が該反応条件で液体であり、該スラリーが該液体炭化水素を含有する炭化水 素スラリー液中に該触媒と該ガスバブルとを含み、該種が少なくとも部分的に該 触媒を可逆的に失活させて該反応中に失活触媒スラリーを形成するステップ (b)該スラリー中へ導入するCOの流れを停止させるステップ (c)パージガスおよびH2を該スラリーに送入してCOを除去し、CO含有量が該ス ラリー中の該ガスの10モル%未満であるCO低減スラリーを形成するステップ (d)該CO低減スラリーにH2含有触媒再生ガスを送入して、少なくとも部分的に 該失活触媒を再生させ、再生済触媒スラリーを形成するステップ (e)該再生済スラリー中に合成ガスを送入して、炭化水素を生成させるステッ プ 8.該スラリーを通過する該パージガスの少なくとも一部は、パージガスとして 該スラリーに再循環されることを特徴とする請求の範囲7 に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 9.該再生ガスの少なくとも一部は、水で洗浄して、再生によって形成された触 媒失活種を除去した後、再生ガスとして該スラリー中に再循環されることを特徴 とする請求の範囲7に記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 10.該再生ガスは、炭化水素合成反応器テールガスを含み、かつ該炭化水素合 成テールガスは、水蒸気と液体炭化水素の一部が除去され、もしCOが存在する 場合には該ガスの10モル%未満の量で存在し、H2対COモル比が3:1を超 えることを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
