【請求項1】 (メト)アクリル酸エステルの製造または処理に使用されるプラント構成部材を清浄化するための方法において、
(a)プラント構成部材を空にし、
(b)プラント構成部材を5〜50質量%のアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液でフラッシングし、
(c)プラント構成部材からアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を除去し、
(d)必要に応じて、プラント構成部材を水で洗浄し、かつ、
(e)必要に応じて、プラント構成部材を乾燥させることを特徴とする、プラント構成部材を清浄化するための方法。
【請求項2】 フラッシング中のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液の温度が20〜140℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
【請求項3】 ユニットを形成するために接続されてもよいプラント構成部材が反応器、蒸留カラム、抽出装置、熱交換器、エバポレーター、凝縮器、管またはポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
【請求項4】 接続されたプラント構成部材を含むユニットが、エバポレーターとカラム上部との間のフラッシング管路を有する蒸留ユニットである、請求項3に記載の方法。
【請求項5】 プラント構成部材を、(メト)アクリル酸とアルコールまたはオレフィンとの反応によるか、あるいは(メト)アクリル酸エステルとアルコールとの反応による(メト)アクリル酸エステルの製造に使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
【請求項6】 プラント構成部材を(メト)アクリル酸エステルの製造または処理中に形成される沈積したポリマーを除去するために清浄化する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
【請求項7】 工程(c)の後のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液中に含まれるアルコールを、相分離、蒸留またはストリッピングによって前記溶液から分離し、必要に応じて(メト)アクリル酸エステルを製造するためのエステル化に再利用する、請求項6に記載の方法。
【請求項8】 アルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を清浄化の後に補集し、かつ清浄化のために数回に亘って使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[Claims]
1. A method for cleaning plant components used in the production or treatment of (meth) acrylic esters, comprising:
(A) emptying the plant components,
(B) flushing the plant components with a 5 to 50% by mass aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution;
(C) removing the alkali metal hydroxide solution from the plant components;
(D) washing the plant components with water, if necessary, and
(E) A method for cleaning plant components, comprising drying the plant components as required.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the alkali metal hydroxide solution during the flushing is between 20 and 140 ° C.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the plant components which may be connected to form a unit are a reactor, a distillation column, an extractor, a heat exchanger, an evaporator, a condenser, a tube or a pump. The described method.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the unit comprising the connected plant components is a distillation unit having a flushing line between the evaporator and the top of the column.

6. The process according to claim 1, wherein the plant components are cleaned to remove deposited polymer formed during the production or treatment of the (meth) acrylate. Method.
7. The alcohol contained in the alkali metal hydroxide solution after step (c) is separated from said solution by phase separation, distillation or stripping and, if necessary, the (meth) acrylate ester The method according to claim 6, which is reused for esterification for production.
8. The process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alkali metal hydroxide solution is collected after cleaning and is used several times for cleaning.
