(b)プラント構成部材を5〜50質量%のアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液でフラッシングし、
(c)プラント構成部材からアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を除去し、
(d)必要に応じて、プラント構成部材を水で洗浄し、かつ、
(e)必要に応じて、プラント構成部材を乾燥させることを特徴とする、プラント構成部材を清浄化するための方法。
【請求項2】 フラッシング中のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液の温度が20〜140℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
【請求項3】 ユニットを形成するために接続されてもよいプラント構成部材が反応器、蒸留カラム、抽出装置、熱交換器、エバポレーター、凝縮器、管またはポンプである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。

【請求項7】 工程(c)の後のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液中に含まれるアルコールを、相分離、蒸留またはストリッピングによって前記溶液から分離し、必要に応じて(メト)アクリル酸エステルを製造するためのエステル化に再利用する、請求項6に記載の方法。
【請求項8】 アルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を清浄化の後に補集し、かつ清浄化のために数回に亘って使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
[Claims]
1. A method for cleaning plant components used in the production or treatment of (meth) acrylic esters, comprising:
(A) emptying the plant components,
(B) flushing the plant components with a 5 to 50% by mass aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution;
(C) removing the alkali metal hydroxide solution from the plant components;
(D) washing the plant components with water, if necessary, and
(E) A method for cleaning plant components, comprising drying the plant components as required.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the alkali metal hydroxide solution during the flushing is between 20 and 140 ° C.
