Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の被割当コードにより符号化される複数の信号から形成される複合信 号のピーク対平均電力比を低減する方法であって: 前記複数の被割当コードに直交する1つ以上のコードで符号化されるピーク低 減波形を生成する段階;および 前記ピーク低減波形を前記複合信号に加算して、低減されたピーク対平均電力 比を有する複合信号を生成する段階; によって構成されることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記生成段階が: 前記ピーク低減波形の推定値を生成する段階;および 前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値を修正して前記複数の被割当コードに直交す る1つ以上のコードで符号化されるようにして、前記ピーク低減波形を生成する 段階; によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.低減されたピーク対平均電力比を有する前記複合信号が、前記ピーク低減 波形の反復生成および反復生成されるピーク低減波形を前記複合信号と加算する プロセスを通じて生成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.第1の反復生成されるピーク低減波形が前記複合信号に基づき、後続の反 復生成されるピーク低減波形が低減 されたピーク対平均電力比を有する前記複合信号に基づくことを特徴とする請求 項3記載の方法。 5.前記ピーク低減波形の推定値が: 基本の複合信号を所望レベルにクリッピングする段階; 前記クリップ済み部分を抽出する段階;および 前記被抽出部分を逆転して前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値を生成する段階; の実行を通じて生成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記修正段階が: 前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値をコードの成分の集合に分解する段階; 前記複数の被割当コードの成分に対応するコードの成分の前記集合の成分の値 をゼロに置き換える段階;および コードの成分の前記被修正集合を前記ピーク低減波形に合成する段階; によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 7.複数の被割当コードにより符号化される複数の信号から形成される複合信 号のピーク対平均電力比を低減する装置であって: 前記複数の被割当コードに直交する1つ以上のコードで符号化されるピーク低 減波形を生成する手段;および 前記ピーク低減波形を前記複合信号に加算して、低減さ れたピーク対平均電力比を有する複合信号を生成する加算器; によって構成されることを特徴とする装置。 8.前記ピーク低減波形を生成する前記手段が: 前記複合信号を分解して、前記複合信号に割り当てられるコードの成分の集合 を識別する手段; 前記複合信号またはピーク対平均電力比の低減された前記複合信号のいずれか 一方に基づいて前記ピーク低減波形の推定値を生成する手段; 前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値を分解して前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値 に含まれるコードの成分の集合を識別する手段; 前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値のコードの前記集合成分を修正して、それに 由来するコードの集合成分が前記複合信号に割り当てられるコードの前記集合成 分に直交するようにする手段;および コードの成分の前記被修正集合を合成して前記ピーク低減波形を生成する手段 ; によってさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。 9.前記修正手段が、前記複合信号に割り当てられるコードの前記集合成分に 対応する前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値のコードの前記集合成分の成分をゼロ に置き換える手段によってさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項8 記載の装置。 10.前記修正手段が、前記複合信号に割り当てられるコードの前記集合成分 に対応する前記ピーク低減波形の前記推定値のコードの前記集合成分の成分をゼ ロ以外の値に置き換える手段によってさらに構成されることを特徴とする請求項 9記載の装置。
