Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転軸(1)に直交する面(A)内にある磁界発生器(12)と磁界検出器 (15)とを有し、上記磁界検出器(15)に対する上記磁界発生器(12) の相対的な角度方向変位がもたらす上記回転軸(1)の捩りモーメントに比例 する信号を供給する、自動車のステアリング コラムの回転軸のトルク測定装 置において、上記ステアリング コラムの内部に第1の電子回路(14)を設 け、上記ステアリング コラムの外部に第2の電子回路(20)を設け、上記 第1の電子回路(20)は、磁界集中ディスク支持体(17)に固定され、上 記回転軸(1)の二つの断面の機械的角度戻し手段(13)と共に上記磁界発 生器(12)の前を移動して上記第2の電子回路(20)へ上記信号を供給す る上記磁界検出器(15)を支持し、上記第2の電子回路(20)は、上記信 号を処理し、伝達ボックス(28)を介してステアリングの駆動装置へ動作信 号を供給することを特徴とする回転軸のトルク測定装置。 2.上記機械的角度戻し手段は、捩り棒(100)に固定され、上記捩り棒(1 00)の一端から他端方向へ伸びる円筒状支持体(13)によって構成され、 上記円筒状支持体(13)の先端に磁界集中ディスク(16)を設け、上記磁 界集中ディスク(16)上にステアリング コラム内部の上記第1の電子回路 (14)を固定し、上記第1の電子回路(14)から、上記ステアリングコラ ムの外部にあって自動車のハンドル(3)内に内蔵された第2の電子回路(2 0)へ電源用及び接続用のケーブル(19)が伸びていることを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の回転軸のトルク測定装置。 3.上記第1の電子回路(14)は、上記回転軸のトルク測定装置の電源と瀘波 構成要素の少なくとも一方及び上記駆動装置が必要とする構成要素を含むこと を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転軸のトルク測定装置。 4.上記ステアリング コラムの外部の上記第2の電子回路回路(20)は、機 能的な蓋(22)によって閉鎖されるハンドル(3)の空洞(21)内に取り 付けられ、上記空洞(21)の底部に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求 項2に記載の回転軸のトルク測定装置。 5.上記ステアリング コラムの外部の上記第2の電子回路回路(20)の接続 ピン(25)が、エア バッグ容器と上記トルク測定装置とに連結された上記 伝達ボックス(28)の電源の、ハンドル(3)に固定されたコネクタ(26 )との接続を可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2または請求項 4に記載の回転軸のトルク測定装置。
