Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者に対する二酸化炭素ガスの投与が換気速度に関係なく同一のPCO2 に維持される(該換気速度が対照換気速度より大きい限り)ようにした呼吸回路 又は回路部材。 2.該回路が患者の肺からの麻酔ガスの除去速度を、患者が正常に呼吸してい るかあるいは過呼吸しているかに関係なく、患者による総換気量として直接的に 変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の回路。 3.該回路が患者の肺からの窒素の除去速度を、患者が正常に呼吸しているか あるいは過呼吸しているかに関係なく、患者による総換気量として直接的に変化 させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の回路。 4.一緒になって簡単な回路を形成する部材を含む呼吸回路であって、(a) 回路からガスを患者に向けて排出させる出口、(b)上記出口へガスを送るため の逆止弁からなる非再呼吸弁であって、ガスが送られてきた回路の部位にガスを 通過させず、外気又は他の場所に通過させるもの、(c)患者へガスを送くため の非再呼吸弁と連通するガス源(CO2を含まない酸素、空気、その他のガスで あってよい)、(d)新鮮ガス源と連通する新鮮ガス貯蔵部であって、患者によ り吸気されなかったガス源からの余分のガスを受理貯蔵し、患者が呼吸する とき、この新鮮ガス貯蔵部からガスを受理することを可能とするもの、(e)C O2および他のガス(通常、酸素)を収容する貯蔵ガス供給部であって、CO2の 分圧が患者の混合静脈血におけるCO2の分圧とほぼ等しく、患者の必要に応じ て上記非再呼吸弁へ送られ、上記ガス源および新鮮ガス貯蔵部からのガスでは満 されない患者の必要とするガスの量を補うものであり;上記ガス源、新鮮ガス貯 蔵部および貯蔵ガス供給部が上記出口から遠い弁の側に配置されていることを特 徴とする呼吸回路。 5.該圧力逃がし弁が上記新鮮ガス貯蔵部と連通して設けられ、この新鮮ガス 貯蔵部がガスで過剰となった場合に、この新鮮ガス貯蔵部が破損するのを防止す るようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲4に記載の回路。 6.上記貯蔵ガス供給部は、好ましくは要求弁調節器を含み、追加のガスが必 要のとき、この調節器がこの貯蔵ガス供給部から非再呼吸弁への連通を開き、ガ スを非再呼吸弁へ送り、追加のガスを必要としないとき、この調節器が閉じて新 鮮ガス源および新鮮ガス貯蔵部から新鮮ガスのみを非再呼吸弁へ送り込むように したことを特徴とする請求の範囲4又は5に記載の回路。 7.患者を気相麻酔薬投与から急速に回復させるための装置の製造に用いられ る請求の範囲1ないし6のいずれかに記載の回路の使用。 8.患者を気相麻酔薬投与から急速に回復させるための請求の範囲1ないし6 のいずれかに記載の回路の使用。 9.CO2を含まないガスを特定の流量で患者に送込むと共に、呼吸の速度に 関係なく動物中のPCO2を同一に保っためCO2を含むガスを上記のCO2を含 まないガスの投与流量を超える動物の呼吸速度で送込むことを特徴とする動物の 処置方法。 10.該動物がヒトである請求の範囲9記載の方法。 11.CO2を含まないガスを特定の流量で患者に送込むと共に、呼吸の速度 に関係なく動物中のPCO2を同一に保つためCO2を含むガスを上記のCO2を 含まないガスの投与流量を超える動物の呼吸速度で送込み動物を気相麻酔剤から 回復させる請求の範囲9又は10記載の処置方法。
