Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血液からフィブリンモノマーのような成分を分離するための容器(110 )を遠心分離処理し、さらに該容器(110)を自動的に操作するための装置で あって、前記容器(110)が、筒状部材(27)と、上壁(73)を貫通して 延びる管状ピストンロッド(8)を備えた該筒状部材内を変位可能なピストン( 55)とを備え、該ピストン(55)が前記筒状部材(27)を前記ピストンと 前記上壁(73)との間に前記ピストン(55)の上方に位置する第一チャンバ (70)と前記ピストン(55)の下方に位置する第二チャンバ(75)とに分 割し、前記容器の上壁(73)がピストンロッド(8)の外側面を取り囲む周状 スリット(91)を形成する延長部(90)を備え、それにより該スリット(9 1)の一方の端部が軸線方向に第一チャンバ(70)と連通し、前記第一チャン バ(70)が複数の流路(4、21)を通じて第二チャンバ(75)に連通する ようにして、筒状部材(27)を取り外し可能に保持するための手段を備えた支 持回転テーブル(101)と、前記容器(110)と共に前記支持回転テーブル (101)をその中心軸線を中心として回転させるための第一作動手段(105 )に該支持回転テーブルを接続させることと、第二作動手段(115)によって ピストン(55)を作動させるようにされ回転可能に支持されたピストン作動機 構(113、118)とにより構成され、 前記上壁(73)の延長部(90)とスリット(91)とを通じてピストンロ ッド(8)に向かって斜めに光ビームを放射するように構成され且つ反射された 光ビームの強度を測定するための検出手段を備えた光学的血球検出器(130) と、該検出手段の測定結果に応じて前記ピストン作動機構(113、118)を 制御するため の制御手段(131)とをさらに備えていることを特徴とする装置。
