Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一種類のアルコキシシランと、少なくとも一種類のハロシランと 、を含み、それぞれが過フッ素化基を各分子の少なくとも一端に有する疎水性/ 疎油性コーティング層のための組成物。 2.前記アルコキシシランが式(I) のペルフルオロアルコキシシランであり、式中、 ・m=0〜15、 ・n=1〜5、 ・p=0、1、または2、 ・Rがアルキル基であり、 ・R’がアルキル基または水素原子である、 ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。 3.前記ハロシランが式(II) のペルフルオロアルキル−ハロシランであり、式中、 ・m’=0〜15、 ・n’=1〜5、 ・p’=0、1、または2、 ・Xがハロゲン原子であり、 ・R”がアルキル基または水素原子である、 ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。 4.p=p’=0であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の組成物。 5. ・mおよびm’が、同種または異種であり、4〜10の間にあり、 ・nおよびn’が、同種または異種であり、1〜3の間にあり、 ・Rが、メチル、エチル、またはプロピル基であり、 ・Xが、塩素原子である、 ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の組成物。 6. ・m=m’=7、 ・n=n’=2、 ・Rが、メチルまたはエチル基、 であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の組成物。 7.アルコキシシランとハロシランのモル比が、80:20と20:80の間、 好ましくは60:40と40:60の間にあることを特徴とする請求項4記載の 組成物。 8.組成物が過フッ素化有機溶媒の溶液からなることを特徴とする請求項1から 7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 9. ・基材を清浄にして、 ・好ましくは、例えばトリ−またはテトラアルコキシシランあるいはトリ−また はテトラハロシランなどの4個の加水分解性官能基を有するシランを主成分とす る、プライマーを塗布し、 ・前記組成物を塗布し、 ・任意に全体を熱処理する、 ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物より基材上に疎 水性/疎油性コーティング層を形成するための方法。 10.基材を清浄にするために酸化セリウムを使用することを特徴とする請求項 9記載の方法。 11.請求項1記載の組成物を含み、別にあらゆる触媒または 補助的処理剤の添加を必要としないことを特徴とする疎水性/疎油性処理のため のすぐに使用できるキット。 12.請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から形成された疎水性/疎 油性コーティング層が施された基材。 13.少なくとも一つのガラスまたはプラスチック外面の少なくとも一部分に請 求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から形成される疎水性/疎油性コー ティング層が施された一体式、積層または複合グレージング。
