Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つのコイル状導電路(2、3)と、1つの誘電体層(4)とを含む電子的 物品監視用共振回路(6)であって、少なくとも部分的に重なり合うように、前 記2つのコイル状導電路(2、3)が反対方向に巻かれて前記誘電体層(4)の いずれかの面上に配置され、充分量のエネルギが外部交流電界により印加される と、導電経路が前記2つのコイル状導電路(2、3)間に作られる少なくとも1 つの選択された領域(8)が提供される共振回路。 2.前記誘電体層(4)が実質的に均一な厚さであり、(例えば空気封入部(7 )などの)余計な製造欠陥を持たない請求項1記載の共振回路。 3.前記選択された領域(8)が、前記コイル状導電路(2、3)の誘起電圧が 最高レベルにある前記コイル状導電路の外端領域にある請求項1または2のいず れかに記載の共振回路。 4.前記選択された領域(8)が、重なり合う前記コイル状導電路(2、3)に おける任意の所望の地点にあり、非活動化信号が印加される時に、前記導電経路 が前記選択された領域(8)に形成されるように処理される請求項1記載の共振 回路。 5.前記誘電体層(4)が他の領域におけるよりも前記選択された領域(8)に おいて薄いか、あるいは該選択された領域(8)が誘電体層(4)における穴で ある請求項4記載の共振回路。 6.前記誘電体層(4)が、前記選択された領域(8)において異なる物理的特 性または化学的特性を有する請求項4記載の共振回路。 7.前記誘電体層(4)が、少なくとも2つの要素(4a、4b)からなる請求 項1または2のいずれかに記載の共振回路。 8.前記要素(4a、4b)の一方の融点が前記共振回路(6)の製造温度より 上にある請求項1または7のいずれかに記載の共振回路。 9.前記要素(4a、4b)が、コーティング・プロセスまたは積層プロセスに より一体に接合することを可能にする性質である請求項7または8のいずれかに 記載の共振回路。 10.前記2つのコイル状導電路(2、3)間の重複領域が、従って該コイル状 導電路(2、3)間のキャパシタンスが、同コイル状導電路(2、3)の内端部 に集中される請求項2記載の共振回路。 11.前記2つのコイル状導電路(2、3)の外端部が小さな領域で重なり合い 、重なり(9)のない比較的長い導電路が該コイル状導電路(2、3)の外端部 に隣接する請求項10記載の共振回路。
