Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)予め決められた駆動周波数以下の低周波数から前記駆動周波数以上の 高周波数までのほぼ連続した周波数のスペクトル上で駆動信号を発生し、 b)前記駆動信号によって前記ハンドピースを励起させ、 c)前記励起させる工程に応答して前記ハンドピースによって発生される応答信 号を計測し、 d)前記周波数のスペクトル上でアドミッタンス対周波数関係を決定するために 前記駆動信号と前記応答信号を比較し、及び e)前記応答信号の形に基づいて少なくとも1つの制御パラメータを決定し、 f)前記制御パラメータに関する情報を含んだ制御信号を発生する工程を有する ハンドピースを有する超音波装置のチューニング方法。 2.さらに、前記制御パラメータに基づいて前記駆動周波数を調整することに よって前記超音波装置を制御する工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記制御する工程は、前記駆動周波数を前記ハンドピースの直列共振とほ ぼ等しくするように調整することを含む請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記駆動信号はさらに、 a)ほぼ前記駆動周波数におけるパワ一要素及び平均パワー振幅を有し、及び b)前記周波数のスペクトル上におけるキャリブレーション要素及び前記周波数 のスペクトル上でほぼ一定且つ前記パワー振幅の平均より充分に低い平均キャリ ブレーション振幅を有する 請求項2に記載の方法。 5.前記制御する工程は、前記駆動周波数を前記ハンドピースの直列共振とほ ぼ等しくするように調整することを含む請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記パワー振幅と前記キャリブレーション振幅との間の差異は、ほぼ10 dBから90dBである請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記パワー振幅と前記キャリブレーション振幅との間の差異は、ほぼ20 dBから40dBである請求項6記載の方法。 8.前記高周波数と低周波数との間の差異は、ほぼ100Hzから10,00 0Hzである請求項7記載の方法。 9.前記高周波数と低周波数との間の差異は、ほぼ4,000Hzである請求 項8記載の方法。 10.前記駆動周波数と低周波数との間の差異と高周波数と低周波数との間の 差異との比がほぼ一定になるように前記低周波数と高周波数を調整する工程を含 む請求項4記載の方法。 11.前記制御する工程は、前記駆動周波数を前記ハンドピースの直列共振と ほぼ等しくするように調整することを含む請求項10記載の方法。 12.前記パワー振幅と前記キャリブレーション振幅との間の差異は、ほぼ1 0dBから90dBである請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記パワー振幅と前記キャリブレーション振幅との間の差異は、ほぼ2 0dBから40dBである請求項12記載の方法。 14.前記高周波数と前記低周波数との差異は、前記ハンドピースの並列共振 と直列共振との間の差異のほぼ0.1から10.0倍の範囲に等しい請求項13 記載の方法。 15.前記高周波数と前記低周波数との差異は、前記ハンドピースの並列共振 と直列共振との間の差異のほぼ1.0から2.0倍の 範囲に等しい請求項14記載の方法。 16.前記駆動周波数と低周波数との間の差異と高周波数と低周波数との間の 差異との比がほぼ一定になるように前記低周波数と高周波数を調整する工程を含 む請求項2記載の方法。 17.前記制御する工程は、前記駆動周波数を前記ハンドピースの直列共振と ほぼ等しくするように調整することを含む請求項16記載の方法。 18.前記高周波数と前記低周波数との間の差異は、並列共振及び直列共振と の間の差異の0.01から1倍の範囲にほぼ等しい請求項17記載の方法。 19.前記高周波数と前記低周波数との間の差異は、並列共振及び直列共振と の間の差異の0.1倍にほぼ等しい請求項18記載の方法。 20.a)前記超音波ハンドピースのための駆動信号を発生させる増幅器と連 結しているプログラム可能なブロード・スペクトル源、及び b)前記駆動信号に応答して前記超音波ハンドピースによって発生される応答信 号を解析し且つ複数のフィードバック制御ループパラメータを発生するプログラ ム可能なプロセッサー の構成を有する超音波ハンドピースをチューニング及び制御するための装置。 21.前記プログラム可能なブロード・スペクトル源は、ピンク・ノイズ発生 器である請求項20に記載の装置。 22.前記プログラム可能なプロセッサーは、高速フーリエ変換デジタルプロ セッサーである請求項20に記載の装置。 23.a)前記超音波ハンドピースのための駆動信号を発生させる増幅器と連 結しているプログラム可能なブロード・スペクトル源 及び単一周波数源、及び b)前記駆動信号に応答して前記超音波ハンドピースによって発生される応答信 号を解析し且つ複数のフィードバック制御ループパラメータを発生するプログラ ム可能なプロセッサー の構成を有する超音波ハンドピースをチューニング及び制御するための装置。 24.前記プログラム可能なブロード・スペクトル源は、ピンク・ノイズ発生 器である請求項23に記載の装置。 25.前記プログラム可能なプロセッサーは、高速フーリエ変換デジタルプロ セッサーである請求項23に記載の装置。 26.前記単一周波数源は、電圧制御発振器である請求項23に記載の装置。
