Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の光ビームを伝達するための複数の光ファイバと、 前記光ファイバから出射され、あるいは前記光ファイバに入射される前記光ビ ームを平行な光ビームに変換するための一対のコリメータレンズと、 前記コリメータレンズを通過した前記複数の平行な光ビームを偏光させること で出射するため、および、順方向に進む全ての前記光ビームを前記光ファイバへ それぞれ集光させるために、少なくとも一つのテーパ面を有する一対の対称複屈 折素子と、 前記複屈折素子に入射する前記光ビームを45°だけ回転させるための、前記 複屈折素子間に挿入されたファラデー回転子と、 を備えることを特徴とする光アイソレータ。 2. 前記各複屈折素子は、複数のテーパ角をそれぞれ備える複数のテーパ面を 有しており、かつこれら複数のテーパ面は前記複屈折素子の一面に形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光アイソレータ。 3. 前記複屈折素子の前記複数のテーパ面は同一のテーパ角度を有しているこ とを特徴とする請求項2記載の光アイソレータ。 4. 前記複屈折素子の前記テーパ面は、それぞれ、前記一対のコリメータレン ズと対面するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の光アイソレ ータ。 5. 前記複屈折素子は、それぞれ、時計回りにあるいは反時計回りに45°の 角度を有する結晶軸を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光アイソレー タ。
