Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガスボンベ、特に水中ダイバー、消防士等のための高い圧力の呼吸ガスを 含むボンベと共に用いるための圧力減少とボンベ充填を組み合わせた弁において 、弁室(3)、この弁室(3)内で動くことができかつガスがボンベ(1)から 取り出されて前記室(3)の一部に送出されるときに前記室部内の圧力をばねに より発揮される力により決定される水準の実質的一定値に維持するようにばね( 9)の助けによりその圧力を減少する機能をするばね負荷弁スライド(4)、及 びガスが消費されるときにこの弁室(3)を外部装置に連結しかつボンベを高圧 ガスで充填するときにガスが消費されるときにガスが弁室に送出されるのと同じ 通路(11)を経由してボンベにガスを送る外部多目的弁連結部(15)を特徴 とする弁。 2. 前記弁室部内の圧力がばね(9)によって決定される水準に達するまでボ ンベ(1)から前記弁室部まで延びている通路(11)を開いたままに保つよう にばね(9)が弁スライド(4)を作動させることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に 記載の弁。 3. ボンベ(1)内の圧力の影響下に通路(11)を通常閉状態に維持する機 能をする逆止弁(12)を特徴とし、弁スライド(4)が前記弁室部内の圧力が ばね設定圧力以下であるときばね(9)の影響下に前記逆止弁を開くことができ るように適合されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載の弁。 4. 前記弁室(3)の前記部内の圧力が低いときでさえも逆止弁(12)が開 くのを防ぐ弁スライドかけがね手段(6−8)を特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載 の弁。 5. ボンベ(1)を充填する目的で高圧力ラインが前記連結部に結合されてい るときに前記逆止弁(12)が開くのに適合されていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲3または4に記載の弁。 6. 通路(11)が前記弁室部内の圧力がばね設定力を越えるときにばね(9 )の作用に対抗して弁スライド(4)により閉じられるのに適合していることを 特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載の弁。 7. 弁スライド(4)が通路(11)を閉じることのできる封止体(21)を 備えている部分(17)を持つピストンの形を持つこと、及びピストン部分(1 7)が前記通路が開いているときピストンの他の側にガスを導くための手段(2 2,18)を含み、それにより前記ガスが封止体(21)が通路(11)を閉じ るようにばね(9)の作用に対抗して前記ピストンを動かすことを特徴とする請 求の範囲6に記載の弁。 8. 封止体(21)を有するピストン部分(17)が中空ピストン棒であるこ と、封止体(21)がピストン棒の外端に設けられていること、ピストン棒が弁 室(3)の狭くなった部分(19)内を動きかつ狭くなった部分(19)の壁と 共働する封止リング(20)を備えていること、及びピストン棒が棒中空部(1 8)と連通しかつ封止体(21)と封止リング(20)間に位置する半径方向流 路(22)を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲7に記載の弁。 9. 外部連結部(15)と前記弁室部の間の経路に設けられたノズル(23) を特徴とし、前記ノズルがガスが消費されるときに連結部を通るガス流を実質的 に一定に維持する機能をすることを特徴とする請求の範囲1−8のいずれか一つ に記載の弁。
