Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の血流を促進する治療装置であって、 加圧ガス源と、 患者の腹部に宛うようにした膨張自在腹部加圧帯と、 患者の片脚の少なくとも上部に宛うようにした少なくとも一つの膨張自在脚部 加圧帯と、 前記加圧ガス源と加圧帯と低圧域と接続されて、前記加圧帯を前記加圧ガス源 と前記低圧域大気とに選択的に連通させる弁手段と、 前記腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮のサイクルが一分当たり約40サイクルよりも小 さく、かつ、一分当たり10サイクル以上であり、前記脚部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮 のサイクルがゼロから前記腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮サイクルの間となるように、 周期的かつ交互に加圧帯を前記加圧源と前記低圧域に接続すべく前記弁手段を制 御する、当該弁手段と連結された弁制御手段とからなる治療装置。 2.請求項1に記載の発明であって、前記少なくとも一つの膨張自在脚部加圧帯 が、患者の両脚のそれぞれに宛うようになっている脚部加圧帯からなる治療装置 。 3.請求項2に記載の発明であって、腹部加圧帯と脚部加圧帯とにそれぞれ接続 されていて、それぞれの加圧帯における最大許容圧力を規制する圧力調節器を備 えてなる治療装置。 4.請求項3に記載の発明であって、前記圧力調節器は、腹部加圧帯のいける最 大圧力が約0.20から0.30Kg/cm2であり、脚部加圧帯での最大圧力が約0. 10から0.25Kg/cm2となるように設定されてなる治療装置。 5.請求項3に記載の発明であって、腹部加圧帯と脚部加圧帯とにそれぞれ接続 されていて、それぞれの加圧帯における最大ガス流量を規制する流量調節器を備 えてなる治療装置。 6.請求項1に記載の発明であって、前記弁制御手段が、脚部加圧帯と腹部加圧 帯のそれぞれの膨張・萎縮サイクルが同一となるように配設されてなる治療装置 。 7.請求項1に記載の発明であって、心蘇生が行えるように、患者の胸部に宛う ようになっている膨張自在加圧帯を別途設ける一方、前記弁手段に、腹部加圧帯 の膨 張・萎縮サイクルとは位相をずらした状態で前記胸部加圧帯を周期的に膨張、萎 縮させるべく、前記加圧源と前記胸部加圧帯との間に接続した弁を設けてなる治 療装置。 8.請求項7に記載の発明であって、 患者の肺と連通し得る顔マスクと、 呼吸ガス源と、 前記顔マスクと前記呼吸ガス源との間に介在させた換気弁と、 呼吸ガスが胸部加圧帯の萎縮時に患者に送気されるように、前記胸部加圧帯の 膨張・萎縮サイクルと同期して前記かおマスクと患者の肺とを周期的に前記呼吸 ガス源に接続すべく前記換気弁を制御する換気弁制御手段とを更に設けてなる治 療装置。 9.請求項8に記載の発明であって、前記胸部加圧帯での最大許容圧力を調節す るために、当該胸部加圧帯と接続した圧力調節器を備えてなる治療装置。 10.請求項9に記載の発明であって、胸部加圧帯での最大許容圧力が約0.2K g/cm2となるように頂部加圧帯用圧力調節器を設けてなる治療装置。 11.請求項10に記載の発明であって、胸部加圧帯への最大ガス流量を調節す るために当該胸部加圧帯に流量調節器を接続してなる治療装置。 12.患者の肺と連通し得る顔マスクと、 少なくとも一部が呼吸に使われる呼吸ガスの加圧ガス源を含み、前記顔マスク と接続されていて、前記顔マスクに呼吸ガスを送気するために当該顔マスクを前 記ガス源と周期的に接続する呼吸器と、 患者の胸部に宛うようになっている膨張自在胸部加圧帯と、 前記加圧ガスと胸部加圧帯と低圧域とに連結されていて、前記加圧ガス源と接 続すると患者の胸部に圧力を作用させるべく前記胸部加圧帯を膨張させるが、前 記低圧域に接続すると患者の胸部に作用している圧力を開放すべく萎むように作 用する胸部加圧帯用弁と、 当該胸部加圧帯用弁と連結されて、前記腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮のサイクルが 一分当たり約10〜40サイクルであり、前記胸部加圧帯を周期的、かつ、交互 に加圧ガス源と低圧域に換気弁の作用とは位相をずらして連通すべく胸部加圧帯 用 弁を制御する弁制御器と、 患者の腹部に宛うようにした膨張自在腹部加圧帯と、 加圧ガス源と腹部加圧帯と低圧域とに接続された腹部加圧帯用弁とからなり、 前記弁制御器が前記腹部加圧帯用弁とも接続されていて、腹部加圧帯の膨張・ 萎縮サイクルが胸部加圧帯のサイクルと位相がずれた状態で前記腹部加圧帯を周 期的、かつ、交互に前記加圧ガス源と前記低圧域に連通させるべく前記腹部加圧 帯用弁を作動させるように構成してなる心肺蘇生器。 13.請求項12に記載の発明であって、胸部加圧帯と腹部加圧帯のそれぞれに おける最大許容圧力を調節するために前記胸部加圧帯と腹部加圧帯のそれぞれに 圧力調節器を接続してなる心肺蘇生器。 14.請求項13に記載の発明であって、前記圧力調節器は、前記胸部加圧帯と 前記腹部加圧帯における最大圧力が約0.15〜0.30Kg/cm2となるように設定 されてなる心肺蘇生器。 15.請求項12に記載の発明であって、患者の脚に宛うようになっている少な くとも一つの膨張自在脚部加圧帯と、前記加圧ガス源と脚部加圧帯弁と低圧域と の接続されていて、前記脚部加圧帯を選択的に膨張、萎縮する脚部加圧帯用弁と を更に設けてなる心肺蘇生器。 16.請求項15に記載の発明であって、前記脚部加圧帯用弁が手動調節できる ように配置されてなる心肺蘇生器。 17.請求項15に記載の発明であって、前記弁制御器が、脚部加圧帯を加圧ガ ス源と低圧域とに周期的、かつ、交互に連通させるように配置されてなる心肺蘇 生器。 18.患者の肺活動を促進する方法であって、 腹部に一方の加圧帯を、また、患者の少なくとも脚の上部に他方の加圧帯を、 それぞれの加圧帯が膨張させられるとそれぞれの加圧帯の直下における血管を圧 迫して患者の上肢の方へと血液を送り込むように取り付ける工程と、 腹部加圧帯を一分当たり約10〜40サイクルの周波数で膨張、萎縮させる工 程と、 脚部加圧帯を一分当たり約0〜40サイクル以下の周波数で膨張、萎縮させる 工程とからなる肺活動促進方法。 19.請求項18に記載の方法であって、脚部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が一分 当たり約0〜40サイクルの範囲内であることよりなる肺活動促進方法。 20.請求項19に記載の方法であって、腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が一分 当たり約15〜25サイクルの範囲内であることよりなる肺活動促進方法。 21.請求項20に記載の方法であって、腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が一分 当たり約20サイクルであることよりなる肺活動促進方法。 22.請求項19に記載の方法であって、組織の損傷を避けるために、前記脚部 加圧帯を充分な萎縮期間以外に、膨張状態に維持する工程を更に設けてなる肺活 動促進方法。 23.請求項19に記載の方法であって、脚部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が腹部 加圧帯のそれと同一であることよりなる肺活動促進方法。 24.請求項19に記載の方法であって、患者の胸部にもう一つの加圧帯を取り 付けて、この加圧帯を腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮とは位相をずらした状態で膨張、 萎縮させる工程を更に設けてなる肺活動促進方法。 25.患者の心肺活動を回復させる方法であって、 患者の肺と連通する顔マスクを患者に取り付ける工程と、 加圧呼吸ガス源を用意する工程と、 患者の胸部に一方の加圧帯を、また、腹部に他方の加圧帯を、それぞれの加圧 帯が膨張させられると胸部加圧帯は当該胸部を圧迫して患者の肺から空気を放逐 するが、腹部加圧帯はその加圧帯の直下における血管を圧迫して胸部の方へと血 液を送り込むように取り付ける工程と、 一分当たり約10〜40サイクルの周波数で胸部加圧帯と腹部加圧帯をと互い に位相をずらして同時に膨張、萎縮させる工程と、 前記顔マスクを前記呼吸ガス源に接続して、腹部加圧帯の膨張と同期して当該 顔マスク、そして患者の肺に呼吸ガスを送り込む工程とからなる心肺活動回復方 法。 26.請求項25に記載の方法であって、患者の少なくとも片脚の上部にもう一 つの膨張自在、萎縮自在加圧帯を取り付ける工程と、 その脚部加圧帯を一分当たり約0〜40サイクルの周波数で膨張、萎縮させる 工程とを更に設けてなる心肺活動回復方法。 27.請求項26に記載の方法であって、腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が一分 当たり約15〜25サイクルであることよりなる心肺活動回復方法。 28.請求項27に記載の方法であって、腹部加圧帯の膨張・萎縮周波数が一分 当たり約20サイクルであることよりなる心肺活動回復方法。
