Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの中継器を含み、トラヒック信号を伝送する光伝送システ ムの稼働中の光パルス試験器の使用方法であって 前記トラヒック信号と異なる波長の、前記光伝送システム上の少なくとも1つ の試験パルスを伝送し、 戻り信号を受信し、そして 前記戻り信号を光伝送システムのための測定情報を決定するために使用する、 というステップを備える、光パルス試験器の使用方法。 2.前記試験パルスは前記トラヒック信号よりも低いレベルで伝送される、請 求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記試験パルスは前記伝送システム内の光高損失戻りパスを介して伝送さ れる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4.前記戻り信号をフィルタリングして前記トラヒック信号を除去するステッ プをさらに備える、請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 5.前記測定情報は前記光伝送システム内の欠陥を示す、請求の範囲第4項記 載の方法。 6.少なくとも1つの中継器は増幅器を含み、前記方法はさらに、前記増幅器 に対する一定電力を維持するステップをさらに備える、請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 7.少なくとも1つの中継器を含み、トラヒック信号を伝送する光伝送システ ムのための光パルス試験器であって、前記光パルス試験器は、 光伝送システム上の第1の試験パルス及び第2の試験パルスを伝送する手段に おいて、前記1及び第2の試験パルスは前記トラヒック信号とは異なる波長を持 ち、互いに異なる波長を持つようにした 手段と、 戻り信号を受信する手段と、 前記戻り信号を用いて前記光伝送システムの測定情報を決定する手段と、 を備える、光パルス試験器。 8.前記第1及び第2の試験パルスは前記トラヒック信号より低いレベルで伝 送される、請求の範囲第7項記載の光パルス試験器。 9.前記第1及び第2の試験パルスは前記伝送システム内の光高損失ループパ スを介して伝送される、請求の範囲第7項に記載の光パルス試験器。 10.前記戻り信号をフィルタリングして前記トラヒック信号を除去する手段 をさらに備える、請求の範囲第7項記載の光パルス試験器。 11.前記測定情報は前記光伝送システム内の欠陥を表している、請求の範囲 第7項記載の光パルス試験器。 12.前記少なくとも1つの中継器は増幅器を含み、前記試験器はさらに、 前記増幅器に対する電力を一定に維持する手段を備える、請求の範囲第7項記 載の光パルス試験器。
