Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の出発成分: a)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアナートa)、 b)少なくとも1種の、場合によりエステル基を含有するポリアルキレンオキシ ドポリエーテルアルコールb)、および c)少なくとも1種の、好ましくは構造式(I) [式中、 nは2〜60の整数を示し、 R1およびR2は同一もしくは相異なりそして炭素数2〜7のアルキル基を示すか 、或いは一緒になって、場合によりR3を含んで、複素環式環の基、特にモルホ リン、を示し、 R3は炭素数1〜7のアルキル基を示し、 X-はイソシアナート化学で一般的なアニオン、特に を示し、 YおよびZは水素またはメチルを示し、但し条件として2個のうちの少なくとも 1個は常に必ず水素を表し、各場合における繰り返し単位 は互いに同一であってもまたは相異なっていてもよい] の第4級化された第3級アミノポリエチレンオキシドポリエーテルアルコール、 d)場合により、他の助剤および添加剤 の反応により得られる水分散性ポリイソシアナートP。 2.改質されたポリイソシアナートをポリイソシアナートa)として使用する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に従う水分散性ポリイソシアナートP。 3.使用されるポリイソシアナートa)が、それら自体のままでのまたはエス テルおよび/またはアミド基を含有しないイソシアナート類との混合物状の、式 (II) [式中、 R4は炭素数2〜18の脂肪族炭化水素基、炭素数4〜15の脂環式炭化水素基 、炭素数6〜15の芳香族炭化水素基または炭素数8〜15の芳香脂肪族炭化水 素基を示し、 R5は場合により二重結合を含有する炭素数10〜35の脂肪族炭化水素基を示 し、 R6はXからのエステル酸素またはアミド窒素を含む、場合により複素環式であ る、少なくとも2価の炭化水素基を示し、 ここでR=HまたはC1−C4-アルキルまたは環式構造の成分であり、 の化合物であることを特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲の少なくとも1つに従う水 分散性ポリイソシアナートP。 4.下記のジイソシアナート類:イソシアヌレート類、アロファナート類、ビ ウレット類、オキサジアジン類およびウレトジオン類、の誘導体をポリイソシア ナートa)として使用することを特徴とする、水分散性ポリイソシアナートP。 5.それ自体は既知である方法で適当な出発分子のアルコキシル化により得ら れるような分子1個当たり無作為平均で5〜70個の、好ましくは6〜60個の 、アルキレンオキシド単位を含有する1価または多価のポリアルキレンオキシド ポリエーテルアルコール類をポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルアルコールb )として使用することを特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲の少なくとも1つに従う 水分散性ポリイソシアナートP。 6.使用されるアミノポリアルキレンオキシドポリエーテルアルコールc)が 構造式I [式中、 nは2〜60の整数を示し、 R1およびR2は同一もしくは相異なりそして炭素数2〜7のアルキル基を示すか 、或いは一緒になって、場合によりR3を含んで、複素環式環の基、特にモルホ リン、を示し、 R3は炭素数1〜7のアルキル基を示し、 X-はイソシアナート化学で一般的なアニオン、特に を示し、 YおよびZは水素またはメチルを示し、但し条件として2個のうちの少なくとも 1個は常に水素を表し、各場合における繰り返し単位 は互いに同一であってもまたは相異なっていてもよい] の化合物であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の水分散性ポリイソシ アナートP。 7.a)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアナートa)、 b)少なくとも1種の、場合によりエステル基を含有するポリエチレンオキシド ポリエーテルアルコールb)、 c)少なくとも1種の、第4級化された第3級アミノポリエチレンオキシドポリ エーテルアルコール、および d)場合により、他の助剤および添加剤 を所望する順序で互いに反応させることを特徴とする、水分散性ポリイソシアナ ートPの製造方法。 8.セルロース系の場合により木材を含有する材料を請求の範囲第1項記載の 水分散性ポリイソシアナートPで処理することを特徴とする、これらの材料の精 砕方法。 9.請求の範囲第1項記載の水分散性ポリイソシアナートPを用いるセルロー ス系の場合により木材を含有する材料の処理により得られるセルロース系の場合 により木材を含有する材料。 10.それが紙であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第9項記載の材料。
