Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス基板並びに、熱吸収層及び金属化合物の低輻射率層を含む被膜から成 る高性能ソーラーコントロール被覆ガラス。 2.被膜の熱吸収層が700nmを超える波長を優先的に吸収する請求の範囲第 1項記載の被覆ガラス。 3.被膜の熱吸収層が金属酸化物層である請求の範囲第1項記載の被覆ガラス。 4.被膜の熱吸収層が化学量論量未満の酸素を含有する酸化タングステン層であ る請求の範囲第1項記載の被覆ガラス。 5.被膜の熱吸収層が水素でドープした酸化タングステン層である請求の範囲第 1〜4項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 6.被膜の熱吸収層がアルカリ金属でドープした酸化タングステン層である請求 の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 7.被膜の熱吸収層が、酸化クロム、酸化コバルト、酸化鉄、酸化モリブデン、 酸化ニオブ、酸化バナジウムまたはこれらの混合物である請求の範囲第1〜5 項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 8.被膜の熱吸収層が50〜500nmの範囲の膜厚を有する請求項の範囲第1 〜7項のいずれか記載の被覆ガラス。 9.被膜の熱吸収層が80〜200nmの範囲の膜厚を有する請求の範囲第1〜 8項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 10.0.4未満の輻射率を有する請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれかに記載の被覆 ガラス。 11.0.2未満の輻射率を有する請求の範囲第10項に記載の被覆ガラス。 12.低輻射率層が半導体金属酸化物である請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれかに 記載の被覆ガラス。 13.半導体金属酸化物がドープされた酸化錫またはドープされた酸化インジウム である請求の範囲第12項記載の被覆ガラス。 14.低輻射率層が100〜600nmの範囲の膜厚を有する請求の範囲第12項 または第13項記載の被覆ガラス。 15.低輻射率層が200〜500nmの範囲の膜厚を有する請求の範囲第14項 記載の被覆ガラス。 16.被膜の低輻射率層が熱吸収層を覆うものである請求の範囲第1〜15項のい ずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 17.被膜が更にイソデッセンス抑制層または熱吸収層の下の層を含む請求の範囲 第16項記載の被覆ガラス。 18.可視光線透過率よりも少なくとも10%少ない総太陽熱透過率を示す 請求 の範囲第1〜17項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 19.可視光線透過率が67%を超え、総太陽熱透過率が57%未満を与える請求 の範囲第18項記載の被覆ガラス。 20.被膜が、反射(被覆側から見た場合)及び/又は透過(透明フロートガラス に適用した場合)色の(a*2+b*2)1/2が12未満を示すようなものである 請求の範囲第1〜19項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラス。 21.被膜が、反射(被覆側から見た場合)及び/又は透過(透明フロートガラス に適用した場合)色の(a*2+b*2)1/2が7未満を示すようなものである請 求の範囲第20項記載の被覆ガラス。 22.実施例1〜9のいずれかに記載したのと実質的に同様の、ガラス基板並びに 熱吸収層及び低輻射率層を含む被膜から成る高性能ソーラーコントロール被覆 ガラス。 23.請求の範囲第1〜22項のいずれかに記載の被覆ガラスの板と、空間的に平 行な関係の第二のグレージング板から成る複数のグレージングユニット。 24.可視光線透過率よりも少なくとも15%少ない総太陽熱透過率を示す請求の 範囲第23項記載の複数のグレージングユニット。 25.実施例1〜9のいずれかに記載したのと実質的に同様の、高性能老化抑制被 覆ガラスの板を含む複数のグレージングユニット。
