- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.略均一な断面を有し且つ少なくとも1つの内部ウェブ部分と接続された複 数の円弧状の外側壁部分を備える、多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手であ って、2つの円弧状の外側壁部分の隣接する端部及び1つの内部ウェブ部分の端 部を取り付ける継手において、断面を有し、 各円弧状外側壁部分の端部に設けられたタブであって、隣接する端部のタブが 、基端のネック部分と、末端の本体部分とを有するボスを形成し得るように接触 係合する形態とされ、ボスのネック部分がボスの本体部分の幅よりも広い幅を有 するタブと、 内部ウェブの端部に設けられた保持部材であって、2つの円弧状の外側壁部分 の隣接する端部に形成されたボスを拘束する形態とされた、保持部材とを備える 、継手。 2.請求項1に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、隣接 するタブが互いに対して左右対称である、継手。 3.請求項1に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、ボス が湾曲した形状の形態とされた外周を有する、継手。 4.請求項1に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、隣接 するタブが露出した継目を形成し、該露出した継目にて隣接するタブを取り付け る密封溶接部を更に備える、継手。 5.請求項1に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、円弧 状の外側壁部分及び内部ウェブ部分が押出し成形により形成される、継手。 6.請求項1に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、保持 部材が、互いに対して左右対称で且つボスの本体部分の周りで伸長し、該ボスの ネック部分にて終わる一対のローブを備える、継手。 7.請求項6に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、保持 部材の対のローブがボスの外側の全輪郭に対して略隣接している、継手。 8.多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分であって、略均一な断面を有し且つ少なく とも1つの内側ウェブ部分と接続された複数の円弧状の外側壁部分を備える本体 部分内の継手であって、2つの円弧状の外側壁部分の隣接する端部及び1つの内 部ウェブ部分の端部を取り付け、外側壁部分及び内部ウェブ部分が押出し成形に より形成された本体部分内の継手において、断面を有し、 各円弧状外側壁部分の端部に設けられたタブであって、互いに対して対称であ り、露出した継目を形成し、基端のネック部分と、末端の本体部分とを有するボ スを形成し得るように接触係合する形態とされ、ボスのネック部分がボスの本体 部分の幅よりも広い幅を有し、該ボスが曲線状の形状の形態とされた外周を有す るタブと、 内部ウェブの端部に設けられた保持部材であって、2つの円弧状の外側壁部分 の隣接する端部に形成されたボスを拘束する形態とされた保持部材とを備え、 露出した継目にて隣接するタブを取り付ける密封溶接部とを備える、継手。 9.請求項8に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、タブ の各々が、隣接するタブの対応する後方部分と接触係合する直線状の後方部分を 有する、継手。 10.請求項8に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、円弧 状の外側壁部分及び内部ウェブ部分が押出し成形したアルミニウムにて形成され る、継手。 11.請求項8に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、保持 部材が、互いに対して左右対称の一対のローブを備え、該一対のローブがボスの 本体部分の周りを伸長し且つボスのネック部分にて終わる、継手。 12.請求項11に記載の多数小室の圧力容器の本体部分内の継手において、回 り止め部材の一対のローブがボスの全外側輪郭に対して略隣接している、継手。 13.略均一な断面を有し且つ荷重軸線に沿って部分に加わった引っ張り荷重を 支承する構造体の少なくとも第一及び第二の部分を接続するために使用される継 手において、均一な断面を有し、 第一の部分の端部に設けられた保持部材であって、各々が荷重軸線に対する法 線に対してある角度にて配置された荷重支承面を有する第一及び第二の対の内方 突出しローブを有し、第一の対のローブの荷重支承面が荷重軸線に対する法線に 対して形成する角度が、第二の対のローブの荷重支承面が荷重軸線に対する法線 に対して形成する角度とは反対向きである、保持部材と、 第二の部分の端部に設けられたボスであって、基端のネック部分と、末端の本 体部分とを有し、該ボスのネック部分が該ボスの本体部分の幅よりも広い幅を有 し、該本体部分が、各々が荷重支承面を有する第一及び第二の対の外方突出張出 し部を有するボスとを備え、該保持部材が、ボスを拘束する形態とされ、これに より、第一の対の張出し部の荷重支承面を保持部材の第一の対のローブのそれぞ れの荷重支承面と係合する位置に配置し且つ第二の対の張出し部の荷重支承面を 保持部材の第二の対のローブのそれぞれの荷重支承面と係合する位置に配置する 、継手。 14.請求項13に記載の継手において、保持部材及びボスが荷重支承面の周り にて略左右対称である、継手。 15.請求項13に記載の継手において、第一の対のローブの荷重支承面が荷重 軸線に対する法線に対して形成する角度が、第二の対のローブの荷重支承面が荷 重軸線に対する法線に対して形成する角度に等しく且つ反対向きである、継手。 16.請求項15に記載の継手において、荷重支承面が荷重軸線に対する法線に 対して形成する角度が約30°乃至約45°である、継手。 17.請求項16に記載の継手において、荷重支承面が荷重軸線に対する法線に 対して形成する角度が約30°である、継手。 18.請求項15に記載の継手において、保持部材の第一の対のローブが、第一 の部分の末端に配置され且つボスのネック部にてボスに合わさる形態とされ、第 一の対のローブの荷重支承面が第一の部分に向けて伸長する、継手。 19.請求項13に記載の継手において、ボスが接触係合する2つのタブ、すな わち第二の部分の端部に設けられた1つのタブと、第三の部分の端部に設けられ たもう一方のタブとを備え、これにより、3つの部分を接続する継手を提供する 、継手。 20.請求項19に記載の継手において、タブの各々が、隣接するタブの対応す る後方部分と接触係合する直線状の後方部分を有する、継手。 21.請求項19に記載の継手において、隣接するタブが左右対称の形状とされ る、継手。 22.請求項19に記載の継手において、隣接するタブが露出した継目を形成し 、該露出した継目にて隣接するタブを取り付ける密封溶接部を更に備える、継手 。 23.請求項13に記載の継手において、ボスが曲線状の形状の形態とされた外 周を有する、継手。 24.請求項13に記載の継手において、前記部分が押出し成形により形成され る、継手。 25.請求項24に記載の継手において、前記部分が押出し成形したアルミニウ ムにて形成される、継手。 26.請求項13に記載の継手において、保持部材が、ボスの本体部分の周りを 伸長し且つボスのネック部分にて終わる2つのアームを有する、継手。 27.請求項26に記載の継手において、保持部材の2つのアームが互いに対し て左右対称である、継手。 28.請求項26に記載の継手において、保持部材の2つのアームがボスの外側 の全輪郭に対して略隣接する、継手。
