に、Oリングの信頼性により十分な品質を確保すること
は困難であった。また、第5従来例の場合、溝加工と溶
接によって水冷却を形成することは、溶接作業が容易で
はなく、モータの種々の形状に合わせて多種類用意する
ことは極めて困難であった。さらに、第6従来例の場
合、パイプをモータ等に巻き付けるためには、パイプを
モータ等の外形に合わせて曲げ加工しなければならず、
