Since the adhesive roll requires a support shaft for supporting the adhesive roll and a gripping member for operation, friction occurs between the roll of the adhesive roll and the support shaft, and static electricity is generated. As long as the static electricity does not flow out from the gripping member side, the static electricity accumulates on the adhesive roll side. The accumulated static electricity causes a spark discharge toward the electronic device in the clean room, which easily causes problems such as a drop in the power of the electronic device and a change in the conditions set in the electronic device.
On the other hand, when the adhesive roll and the support shaft are charged, dirt and dust are attracted to and adhere to them, but the attached dirt and dust easily fall off when the adhesive sheet of the adhesive roll is replaced, and the fallen dirt. There is a problem that dust and dust fly to the electronic device side.

Further, static electricity generated between the conductive adhesive roll 2 and the support shaft 3 is transferred from the conductive support shaft 3 to the handle member 7.
To the cylindrical body 14. The tubular body 14 may be directly grasped by a human body, and is transmitted directly from the tubular body 14 to the human body to eliminate static electricity. Further, since the cylindrical body 14 is electrically connected to the lever 15 at the lock position by the copper plates 18 and 17, the cylindrical body 14 flows toward the human body via the lever 15 and is discharged. As described above, static electricity between the conductive adhesive roll 2 and the support shaft is also reliably eliminated.

As described above, the outer circumference of the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 2 is reduced in diameter by continuing use. 10 and 11
Shows the conductive adhesive roll 2 in that state. When the lever 15 is in the lock position, the spring 11 presses the receiving shaft 10 toward the ground electrode material 5. Therefore, even if the diameter of the conductive adhesive roll 2 is reduced, the pressing force of the receiving shaft 10 causes the ground electrode material 5 and the conductive fiber 4 to be applied to the conductive adhesive roll 2.
Side, and the conductive rubber tire 8 is always in contact with the conductive adhesive roll 2. Therefore, the gap between the outer periphery of the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 2 and the conductive fiber 4 is kept constant regardless of the diameter of the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 2. As described above, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 2 is almost exhausted, static electricity is removed, and spark discharge during cleaning can be prevented.

Advantages of the Invention According to the antistatic dust removing adhesive roll of the first aspect of the present invention, the static electricity generated around the conductive adhesive roll and its support shaft flows toward the human body by the ground electrode material and the handle member, and the static electricity is removed. Adhesion of electric and dust to electronic equipment and spark discharge are reliably prevented. Further, the gap between the conductive fiber and the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll is kept constant irrespective of the reduced diameter state of the conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive roll by the biasing means of the moving shaft, and stable static elimination is performed. 2. According to the antistatic dust removing adhesive roll of the second aspect of the present invention, the cylindrical body of the handle member and the support shaft are electrically connected, and the cylindrical body and the lever are electrically connected. Is reliably discharged. 3. According to the antistatic dust removing adhesive roll of claim 3 of the present invention, the moving shaft is connected to the ground electrode material, the pressing shaft connected to the lever, and the receiving shaft is interposed between the two shafts to ground the receiving shaft. Since the biasing means (spring) presses the electrode material side, the gap between the conductive fiber fixed to the ground electrode material and the conductive adhesive roll is always constant regardless of the outer diameter change of the conductive adhesive roll. It is kept constant. Thereby, a constant static elimination effect is always obtained. 4. According to the antistatic dust removing adhesive roll of the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the cylindrical body and the lever conduct through the copper plate at the locked position of the lever during use, the static electricity transmitted to the cylindrical body is transmitted to the lever side. Then, reliable static elimination is performed.
