JP2002-165731

In the cleaning tool of Patent Document 1, the surface of the front brush is covered with a soft brush such as a raised brush having a length of about 1 mm to 5 mm, for example, and the shaft of the front brush is movable.

Therefore, with the cleaning tool disclosed in Patent Document 1, the front brush moves upward when it hits large dust, and as a result, it is not possible to remove large dust that does not reach the front brush.

The subject of this invention is improving the collection property of refuse in a cleaning tool.

The invention of claim 1 is a cleaning tool in which a pressing roll is arranged on the dust introduction side, and a scraping roll is arranged on the side opposite to the dust introduction side with respect to the pressing roll, and the cleaning tool is in contact with the floor surface. And the front and rear wheels that roll, and the holding roll and the scraping roll have a large diameter projecting to the floor surface from the ground line formed by a straight line connecting the ground point of the front wheel and the ground point of the rear wheel, The pressing roll and scraping roll in contact with the surface are elastically deformed by deforming the large diameter part protruding from the grounding wire of the front wheel and rear wheel at the contact part with the floor, and a cushion roll is used as the pressing roll. The scraping rolls rotate counterclockwise, the pressing roll is deformed, the dust on the floor surface guided backward is pinched between the pressing roll and the scraping roll, and the rolls rotate to guide it upward from the floor surface. Catch Possible to, not bite into the dust by the elastic deformation of the surface of the cushion roll follows the shape of the collecting target dust is obtained so as to enable discharging dirt by an elastic restoring surface.

(a) A cushion roll is used as the presser roll, and both large and small garbage with the maximum thickness of the cushion part of the presser roll are wrapped by deformation of the cushion part, guided to the side of the scraping roll, and the press roll and scrape Since it is pinched by the raising roll, it is possible to collect various kinds of garbage on the cleaning surface without getting it.

Cushion rolls are those in which the roll surface is connected in a planar shape over the entire circumference. Sponge rolls, flexible plastic rolls, rubber rolls, non-woven fabrics and mesh bodies whose roll surfaces are covered with a fiber entanglement layer The roll which consists of can be adopted.

Garbage that has been elastically deformed on the roll surface of the cushion roll and bites into the surface is blown off from the surface by the elastic restoring force of the cushion roll and collected, or scraped off from the elastically restored surface by a scraper. Be collected.

(b) The press roll and the scoop roll form a contact portion that bites into contact with each other, and the height from the lower end of the contact portion to the floor is smaller than the size of the dust to be captured. Accordingly, the dust to be taken in is sandwiched between the contact portions of the pressing roll and the scraping roll, and the garbage of a certain size or more on the floor surface can be collected.

(c) By reducing the diameter of the lifting roll relative to the pressing roll, the gap between the lifting roll, the pressing roll, and the floor is reduced, and the dust on the floor is sandwiched between the pressing roll and the lifting roll. Make it easier.

(d) Since the scraping roll and / or the cushion roll bite into the floor surface by elastic deformation, the dust on the floor surface is easily sandwiched between the pressing roll and the scraping roll.

(e) Since the adhesive roll is disposed above the pressing roll and the both rolls come into contact with each other and rotate together in the opposite direction during cleaning, it can be driven by rotating the pressing roll along with the rotation of the pressing roll. There is no need for an adhesive roll drive roll. A large space for collecting dust such as a dust collector can be secured.

(f) The dust sandwiched between the pressing roll and the scraping roll and blown off can be collected in the dust collecting section at the rear of the scraping roll.

The cleaning tool 10 collects trash on the cleaning surface such as the floor surface 1 such as large and small particle trash or hair tangled around fibers such as carpets. As shown, a support arm 13 is coupled to the tip of the handle 11 via a left / right swing shaft 12 so as to be swingable in the left / right direction intersecting the cleaning direction, and the front / rear swing shaft 14 is connected to both arm portions 13A of the support arm 13. The frame 15 is supported so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction along the cleaning direction.

The cleaning tool 10 is provided with hard left and right front wheels 21 and left and right rear wheels 22 (grounding portions) that roll in contact with the floor 1 so as to be rotatable on both front and rear sides of the frame 15. As shown in FIG. 3, the rotating shaft 21A of the front wheel 21 is supported by a long hole 15A provided along the front and rear in the cleaning direction of the frame 15, and the front wheel 21 is moved to the rear side of the long hole 15A when moving forward and when moving backward. It is positioned on the front side of the long hole 15A. The cleaning tool 10 may be provided with a hard shoe that is in sliding contact with the floor surface 1 as a grounding portion.

In the cleaning tool 10, an elastic pressing roll 30 (cleaning roll) and an elastic scraping roll 40 are arranged in parallel on the front and rear along the cleaning direction of the frame 15, and both the rolls 30 and 40 are grounded to the front wheel 21 and the rear wheel 22. The diameter is larger than the line (the straight line connecting the grounding point of the front wheel 21 and the grounding point of the rear wheel 22) to the outside (the side entering the floor 1).

The pressing roll 30 is disposed on the dust introduction side of the frame 15, and is in a range in which the pressing roll 30 is in contact with the floor surface 1 over almost the entire region sandwiched between the left and right front wheels 21 and the rear wheel 22 in the lateral direction perpendicular to the cleaning direction. Is supported by the rotating shaft 21 </ b> A of the front wheel 21 that is supported on the floor 1, and rolls in contact with the floor surface 1. The pressing roll 30 is coaxially driven by the rotational force of the front wheel 21 and may be fixedly coupled to the rotating shaft 21A of the front wheel 21, but is rotated by rubbing with respect to the floor surface 1 and the scraping roll 40. In order to prevent this, the rotary shaft 21A is driven in frictional contact. The pressing roll 30 is made of a material (elastic flexible material) capable of elastically bending at least the surface in contact with the floor surface 1. As the pressing roll 30, a cylindrical sponge roll, a flexible plastic roll, a rubber roll, or the like can be adopted, but a cushion roll such as a sponge roll is preferable.

The scraping roll 40 is disposed on the side opposite to the dust introduction side of the pressing roll 30 of the frame 15 and is supported on both sides of the frame 15 in a range aligned with the pressing roll 30 in the lateral direction perpendicular to the cleaning direction. It is supported by the rotation shaft 41A of the left and right transmission wheels 41 and rolls in contact with the floor surface 1. The left and right transmission wheels 41 are rotatably supported behind the left and right front wheels 21, and are driven by the front wheels 21 in contact with the front wheels 21 during forward movement (FIG. 2). The pressing roll 30 driven coaxially to the front wheel 21 and the scraping roll 40 driven to the front wheel 21 via the transmission wheel 41 rotate opposite to each other. As described above, the front wheel 21 at the time of reverse movement moves to the front side of the long hole 15A provided in the frame 15 and moves away from the transmission wheel 41, so that the transmission wheel 41 is not driven and driven (FIG. 3). . The scraping roll 40 is made of a material (elastic flexible material) capable of elastically bending at least the surface in contact with the floor surface 1. As the scraping roll 40, a cylindrical sponge roll, an air cushion roll (rubber balloon roll), a flexible plastic roll, a rubber roll, a brush roll, etc. can be adopted, but in combination with the sponge roll constituting the presser roll 30 In this case, a brush roll is suitable.

The cleaning tool 10 makes the sum of the radius of the press roll 30 and the radius of the scraping roll 40 larger than the distance between the axes of both the rolls 30 and 40 supported by the frame 15, and as a result, the both rolls 30 and 40 are Contact portions are formed which are brought into contact with each other by elastic deflection deformation of the contact portions, and the height from the lower end of the contact portion to the floor is made smaller than the size of dust to be taken in by the pressing roll 30 (FIG. 1).

As shown in FIG. 1, when the cleaning tool 10 performs cleaning by bringing the front wheel 21 and the rear wheel 22 into contact with the floor surface 1 and rolling it, the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 that are in contact with the floor surface 1 are placed on the floor surface 1. At the contact portion, the large outer diameter portion protruding from the ground line of the front wheel 21 and the rear wheel 22 is greatly elastically deformed, and both the rolls 30 and 40 are rotated in opposite directions at substantially the same peripheral speed. Both rolls 30 and 40 bite into each other and are greatly elastically deformed and bitten with respect to the floor surface 1, and the diameter of the scraping roll 40 is reduced with respect to the press roll 30, and the meeting point A of the two rolls 30 and 40. The dead space (gap) having a triangular shape in side view is substantially eliminated between the roll surface 1 and the floor surface 1, and both rolls 30 and 40 meet on the floor surface 1 with almost no gap.

Accordingly, when cleaning is performed by the cleaning tool 10, the pressing roll 30 presses the dust on the floor surface 1 so as not to escape while rotating without rubbing significantly against the floor surface 1. Debris on the floor surface 1 guided rearward by deforming the pressing roll 30 is sandwiched between the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 and guided upward from the floor surface 1 by the rotation of both rolls 30 and 40. When the pinching force is released, the scraping roll 40 is flipped off and collected. That is, the dust on the floor surface 1 pressed by the pressing roll 30 is sandwiched between the rolls 30 and 40 at the meeting point A between the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 and picked up from the floor surface 1. While being pushed out by the elastic restoring force of the pressing roll 30 at the separation point B of both the rolls 30, 40, it is blown off by the elastic restoring force of the scraping roll 40. This dust is collected in a dust collector 50 described later.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning tool 10 has a diameter of the pressing roll 30 of 40 mm (the diameter of the front wheel 21 is 34 mm), a diameter of the scraping roll 40 is 25 mm, and the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 as shown in FIG. The distance L between the shafts is 25 mm, the diameter of the transmission wheel 41 is 16 mm, and the distance H between the center axis of both the rolls 30 and 40 and the floor 1 when the both rolls 30 and 40 are bited into the floor 1 is 8 to 10mm.

When the cushion 10 is used as the pressing roll 30, the cleaning tool 10 may be such that the thickness of the cushion portion on the surface of the pressing roll 30 is preferably 5 mm or more, and the entire portion excluding the shaft core of the pressing roll 30 is used as the cushion portion. .

As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning tool 10 has a dust collector 50 (dust collector) disposed at the rear of the frame 15 in the cleaning direction with respect to the scraping roll 40. The dust collector 50 includes a box-shaped dust receiver 51 integrated with the frame 15, a lower dust stopper 52 is raised from a lower front portion of the dust receiver 51, and an upper dust stopper 53 is provided at the upper front. The lower dust stopper 52 has an arc shape along the outer periphery of the scraping roll 40, and the upper dust stopper 53 has an arc shape along the outer periphery when the rotation cover 62 of the adhesive roll holder 60, which will be described later, comes into rotation. The lower edge of the stopper 53 is close to the outer periphery of the pressing roll 30. A space between the upper edge of the lower dust stopper 52 and the lower edge of the upper dust stopper 53 is defined as a dust feeding interval (dust inlet) 54. Garbage blown off by the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 is collected in the garbage receiving portion 51 via the dust feeding port 54.

The dust collector 50 is provided with a rear lid 55 at the rear opening 51A of the dust receiver 51 so as to be freely opened and closed. The rear cover 55 supports a lower end portion of a support shaft 55 </ b> A provided at a lower rear portion of the dust receiving portion 51 so as to be swingable, and includes a locking lever 56 at the upper end portion. The locking lever 56 is locked to a locking claw 57 provided in the upper rear part of the dust receiving portion 51 by a spring force (not shown) (FIGS. 1 and 6), and is rotated by manual operation to Is released (FIG. 8). When collecting dust in the dust collector 50, the rear opening 51 </ b> A is closed by the rear lid 55, and when discharging the dust, the rear lid 55 opened by the locking lever 56 is opened by the rear lid 55. 51A is opened (FIGS. 7 and 9), and dust is removed from the rear opening 51A. The dust receiver 51, the rear lid 55, etc. of the dust collector 50 are preferably made of a transparent material that allows the dust collection state to be visually recognized.

In the cleaning tool 10, an adhesive roll holder 60 is provided on the upper portion of the pressing roll 30 in the frame 15, and the adhesive roll 70 is placed on the pressing roll 30. The pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 is placed on the pressure roller 30 while being set on both roll support shafts 63 and 64 (described later) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll holder 60, and is placed on the pressure roller 30 and is in contact with the outer periphery of the pressure roller 30 during cleaning. Rotate around 30 turns. The pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 includes a structure of a winding roll of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 or a structure in which the surface is made of a sticky elastomer, and the surface can be cleaned and reused. The pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 of this embodiment is a winding roll in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 is wound around the core 72, for example, once for each use, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 can be unwound and cut off. Composed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 adheres and captures dust such as hair wound around the surface of the pressure roll 30 while rotating with the rotation of the pressure roll 30.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the adhesive roll holder 60 includes a window frame 61 having a substantially rectangular frame shape over a range aligned with the pressing roll 30 in the lateral direction perpendicular to the cleaning direction on the front upper surface of the frame 15. The rotation cover 62 is rotatably provided on the inner surfaces of the left and right side portions of the window frame 61. The rotary cover 62 has a substantially halved cylindrical body made of a transparent material such as a semicircular arc-shaped cross section or a U-shaped cross section, and has both side walls. A fixed-side roll support shaft 63 is provided on one of the left and right side walls of the rotary cover 62, and a slide-side roll support shaft 64 is provided on the other left and right side walls. The core 72 of the adhesive roll 70 can be freely rotated on both roll support shafts 63, 64. To support.

In the adhesive roll holder 60, the fixed-side roll support shaft 63 passes through one side wall of the rotation cover 62, and the fixing pin 65 inserted through the one side wall of the window frame 61 is screwed to the fixed-side roll support shaft 63. Then, the fixed roll support shaft 63 is fixed. The rotation cover 62 has a gap between the window frame 61 and the fixed-side roll support shaft 63 and can rotate lightly with respect to the fixed-side roll support shaft 63. The slide-side roll support shaft 64 passes through the other side wall of the window frame 61 and the other side wall of the rotary cover 62. After inserting the spacer 66, the coil spring 67, and the slide plate 68 into the through end, the fixing pin 69 is inserted. The slide side roll support shaft 64 is screwed to fix the slide side roll support shaft 64.

The adhesive roll holder 60 constitutes an isolating unit that maintains the state in which the pressing roll 30 and the adhesive roll 70 are supported by the frame 15 and switches between the contact state and the non-contact state of both the rolls 30 and 70. Specifically, the adhesive roll holder 60 has a pin 65 and a support shaft 64 as rotation support shafts of the rotation cover 62 that are concentric with the roll support shafts 63 and 64, and the rotation cover 62 is rotated around those rotation support shafts. Open and close can be rotated.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the rotary cover 62 is closed so that the front edge flange 62 </ b> A having a half-arc cross section or a U-shaped cross section of the rotary cover 62 abuts on the front upper edge of the window frame 61. In the state positioned, the window frame 61 is closed, the adhesive roll 70 supported by the two roll support shafts 63 and 64 is covered, and the two rolls 30 and 70 are brought into contact. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the window frame 61 is opened and the rotation cover 62 is pressed while the front edge flange 62 </ b> A of the rotation cover 62 is positioned at the open position where it abuts against the upper rear edge of the window frame 61. It is interposed between the roll 30 and the adhesive roll 70 so that the adhesive roll 70 is exposed to the outside world, both the rolls 30 and 70 are brought into a non-contact state, and the core 72 of the old and new adhesive roll 70 is attached to and detached from both roll support shafts 63 and 64. Alternatively, the used pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 set on both roll support shafts 63 and 64 can be peeled and removed. That is, when the rotary cover 62 moves from the closed position to the open position, the rear edge portion opposite to the front edge flange 62A of the rotary cover 62 is sunk into the outer periphery of the upper portion of the pressing roll 30, thereby causing elastic deflection deformation. It is interposed between the upper outer periphery of the pressed presser roll 30 and the adhesive roll 70. In other words, the rotating cover 62 separates the surfaces of the rolls 30 and 70 by deforming the pressing roll 30 and switches between the contact state and the non-contact state. As a result, when the rotation cover 62 is opened and the used one turn of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 set on both roll spindles 63 and 64 is to be peeled and removed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 Can be smoothly peeled without sticking to the outer periphery of the pressing roll 30. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 is rolled up once for each use, the one-time use is peeled off, but when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 is wound, the one-time use is peeled off and cut and removed. In some cases, the peeled end of the adhesive sheet 71 can be cut using the front edge or the rear edge of the rotary cover 62.

As shown in FIG. 14, the adhesive roll holder 60 presses the slide plate 68 against the flange side of the fixed pin 69 with the coil spring 67 in a state where the adhesive roll 70 is set on both roll support shafts 63 and 64. The distance from the one side wall of the window frame 61 opposite to this is reduced, and the axial displacement in which the adhesive roll 70 is detached from the fixing pin 69 is prevented. On the other hand, when the adhesive roll 70 is removed from both roll spindles 63 and 64, the coil spring 67 is compressed by pushing the adhesive roll 70 toward the slide plate 68 (P1) as shown in FIG. Is slid to the other side wall side of the window frame 61, the distance between the slide plate 68 and one side wall of the window frame 61 opposite to the slide plate 68 is increased, and one end of the adhesive roll 70 on the fixed side roll support shaft 63 side is By lifting (P2), the adhesive roll 70 is removed (the same applies to the case where the adhesive roll 70 is attached to both roll support shafts 63 and 64).

The cleaning operation by the cleaning tool 10 is performed as follows.
(1) When the front wheel 21 and the rear wheel 22 are pressed against the floor surface 1 by the pressing operation force applied to the handle 11 by the cleaning tool 10 and moved forward, the front wheel 21 moves to the rear side of the long hole 15A of the frame 15 and is transmitted. While firmly contacting the wheel 41, the pressing roll 30 is directly rotated by the rotational force of the front wheel 21, and the rotational force of the front wheel 21 is transmitted to the scraping roll 40 via the transmission wheel 41, and the scraping roll 40 is opposite to the pressing roll 30. Rotate in the direction.

At this time, the two rolls 30, 40 bite each other, and the outer diameter portions of both rolls 30, 40 contacting the floor 1 are greatly elastically deformed, and in particular, sponge that moves backward together with the rotating shaft 21 </ b> A of the front wheel 21. The presser roll 30 is dragged rearward by contact with the floor surface 1 so that there is almost no gap with the scraping roll 40.

Thereby, the dead space having a triangular shape in a side view is substantially eliminated between the meeting point A of both the rolls 30 and 40 and the floor surface 1, and the both rolls 30 and 40 meet on the floor surface 1 with almost no gap.

(2) According to the above (1), the pressing roll 30 presses the dust on the floor surface 1 so as not to escape while rotating without rubbing greatly against the floor surface 1. The dust on the floor surface 1 pressed by the pressing roll 30 is sandwiched between the rolls 30 and 40 at the meeting point A between the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40, and is picked up from the floor surface 1 and pressed by the pressing roll. 30 is caused by the cushioning elastic deformation of the surface following the shape of the dust, and the dust is pushed out by the elastic restoring force of the pressing roll 30 at the separation point B of both the rolls 30 and 40, and the elasticity of the scraping roll 40 It is blown off by the restoring force and collected by the dust receiving part 51 of the dust collecting part 50 via the dust feeding port 54.

The dust adhering to the elastically restored surface of the presser roll 30 is scraped off by the lower edge scraper near the outer periphery of the presser roll 30 and collected in the dust receiving part 51. .

At the same time, dust such as hair wound around the surface of the pressing roll 30 is caught and caught by the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 on the pressing roll 30.
As a result, small trash such as small paper pieces and spaghetti is also collected.

(3) When the cleaning tool 10 is moved backward, the pressing operation force from the floor surface 1 is released, and the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 cause the repulsive force against the floor surface 1 to lift the front wheel 21 from the floor surface 1; The front wheel 21 moves to the front side of the long hole 15A of the frame 15 and moves away from the transmission wheel 41, so that the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 do not rotate in reverse. Accordingly, the dust taken into the dust receiving portion 51 of the dust collecting portion 50 is not discharged from the dust receiving portion 51 due to the reverse rotation of the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40.

(4) When it is visually confirmed that a large amount of dust has accumulated in the dust receiver 51 of the dust collector 50, the rear cover 55 is opened to remove dust from the rear opening 51A of the dust receiver 51.

(5) When it is visually confirmed that a large amount of dust has been captured on the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70, the rotation cover 62 of the pressure-sensitive roll holder 60 is opened, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 for one turn is peeled off and removed. Expose the surface.

According to the present embodiment, the following operational effects can be obtained.
(a) A cushion roll is used as the presser roll 30, and large and small trash having the maximum diameter of the cushion part of the presser roll 30 is wrapped by deformation of the cushion part, guided to the side of the scraping roll 40, and pressed. Since it is sandwiched between the roll 30 and the scraping roll 40, it is possible to collect various kinds of garbage on the cleaning surface without getting them.

(b) The pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 form a contact portion that bites into contact with each other, and the height from the lower end of the contact portion to the floor is smaller than the size of the dust to be taken in. Accordingly, the dust to be taken in is sandwiched between the contact portions of the press roll 30 and the scraping roll 40, and the dust of a certain size or more on the floor surface 1 can be collected.

(c) By reducing the diameter of the scraping roll 40 with respect to the pressing roll 30, the gap between the scraping roll 40, the pressing roll 30, and the floor surface 1 is reduced, and the dust on the floor surface 1 is pressed. 30 and the scraping roll 40 make it easy to sandwich.

(d) Since the scraping roll 40 and / or the cushion roll bite into the floor surface 1 by elastic deflection, the dust on the floor surface 1 is easily sandwiched between the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40.

(e) Since the adhesive roll 70 is disposed above the pressing roll 30 and both the rolls 30 and 70 are in contact with each other and rotate together during cleaning, the adhesive roll 70 is rotated along with the rotation of the pressing roll 30. Can be driven. The drive roll of the adhesive roll 70 is not particularly required. A large space for collecting dust such as the dust collector 50 can be provided.

(f) The dust sandwiched between the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 and bounced off can be collected in the dust collector 50 at the rear of the scraping roll 40.

In addition, according to a present Example, there exist the following effects.
(a) An adhesive roll holder 60 (separating means) that switches between a contact state and a non-contact state of both rolls 30 and 70 while maintaining the state where the pressing roll 30 and the adhesive roll 70 are supported by the frame 15 is provided. Therefore, when exchanging the adhesive roll 70, the adhesive roll 70 can be removed from the press roll 30 by the adhesive roll holder 60 (isolation means), and then the adhesive roll 70 can be easily removed from the roll spindles 63 and 64. .

(b) When the used pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 71 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 is peeled and removed while the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 is supported on the cleaning tool 10, the pressure-sensitive adhesive roll 70 is not contacted from the pressing roll 30 by the pressure-sensitive roll holder 60 (separating means). Then, if the sheet end of the adhesive roll 70 is pulled, the adhesive roll 70 rotates with respect to the roll support shafts 63 and 64, and the used adhesive sheet 71 for one turn can be peeled and removed. At this time, since the adhesive roll 70 is isolated from the pressing roll 30 and can be smoothly rotated, the peelable removal property of the used adhesive sheet 71 is good.

(c) Since the adhesive roll holder 60 (separating means) deforms the pressing roll 30 to separate the surface of the pressing roll 30 and the surface of the adhesive roll 70, it can be easily switched from the contact state to the non-contact state.

(d) Since the presser roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 bite each other and are greatly bent and deformed with respect to the floor surface 1, a triangular shape is formed between the meeting point A of the both rolls 30 and 40 and the floor surface 1. The dead space is substantially eliminated, and both rolls 30 and 40 can be associated with each other on the floor surface 1 with almost no gap. For this reason, most of the dust on the floor surface 1 pressed by the pressing roll 30 is transferred to the meeting point A with the scraping roll 40, and is sandwiched between the rolls 30 and 40 at the meeting point A. The dust pushed out by the pressing roll 30 at the separation points B of 30 and 40 can be collected by being scraped off by the scraping roll 40.

(e) When dust such as a thin paper sheet that passes under the pressing roll 30 is pushed back by the scraping roll 40 that is rotating in the opposite direction, the pushed-back portion is immediately pressed at the meeting point A of the both rolls 30 and 40. It picks between 30 and 40, is pushed out to the press roll 30 by the separation point B of these both rolls 30 and 40, is flipped off by the scraping roll 40, and is collected.

(f) The pressing roll 30 made of a cylindrical sponge softly deforms so as to follow the entire uneven surface of the floor surface 1 without gaps, and suppresses dust in the floor surface 1 that forms the uneven surface, or a large surface on the floor surface 1 The dust is softly dented and wrapped so as to hold the large dust, and the dust can be reliably transferred to the side of the meeting point A with the scraping roll 40.

(g) The pressing roll 30 made of a cylindrical sponge can be collected by causing dust such as hair to be entangled with the surface and sticking to an adhesive roll 70 in contact with the surface. When the presser roll 30 is made of a brush, hair or the like is entangled with the core of the brush, making it difficult to remove.

(h) The pressing roll 30 made of a cylindrical sponge can support the adhesive roll 70 and reliably rotate it. When the pressing roll 30 is made of a brush, the brush buckles due to the weight of the adhesive roll 70, and the adhesive roll 70 cannot be rotated.

In the cleaning tool 10, the dust receiving part 51 of the dust collecting part 50 rises high along the outer periphery of the scraping roll 40 and the adhesive roll 70 close to the outer periphery of the pressing roll 30. The upper dust stopper 53 that completely shuts off the dust side is provided, and the entire dust receiving space extending from the dust inlet 54 to the rear lid 55 is closed, so that the pressing roll 30 and the scraping roll 40 flip off.
