As shown in fig. 1-3, the present disclosure provides a cleaning assembly 100 comprising: a first spindle part 110, a second spindle part 120, an endless belt cleaning member 130, and a support member 140.
The first rotation shaft portion 110 is driven to be rotatable, so that the first rotation shaft portion 110 is formed as a driving roller of the cleaning assembly 100.
The second rotating shaft portion 120 is disposed in parallel or substantially parallel to the first rotating shaft portion 110; and is driven to rotate by the first rotating shaft part 110; of course, the first rotating shaft part 110 may be not parallel to the second rotating shaft part 120, but when the second rotating shaft part 120 is parallel to the first rotating shaft part 110, the whole part of the annular belt cleaning member 130 located at the lower part of the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 can be contacted with the surface to be cleaned.
In the present disclosure, the first rotating shaft portion 110 drives the second rotating shaft portion 120 through the endless belt cleaning member 130, that is, at this time, the endless belt cleaning member 130 functions as a cleaning member on the one hand, and when the endless belt cleaning member 130 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the surface to be cleaned is cleaned through the endless belt cleaning member 130, and on the other hand, the endless belt cleaning member 130 functions as a conveyor belt.
Accordingly, the cleaning member 130 is disposed on the first and second rotating shaft portions 110 and 120 and wraps the first and second rotating shaft portions 110 and 120, and the first rotating shaft portion 110 drives the second rotating shaft portion 120 through the cleaning member 130.
More preferably, the outer diameter of the first rotating shaft portion 110 is larger than the outer diameter of the second rotating shaft portion 120, and when the cleaning assembly 100 is used in a surface cleaning apparatus, and the surface cleaning apparatus is cleaning a surface to be cleaned, the first rotating shaft portion 110 is located behind the second rotating shaft portion 120 with the moving direction of the surface cleaning apparatus as the front, accordingly enabling the cleaning assembly 100 to form a sharper front, thereby enabling the surface cleaning apparatus to clean a corner or the like dead-angle region.
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of a support assembly according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another angle of the support assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, the support member 140 is supported between the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120, thereby being capable of holding the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 in a parallel state or a substantially parallel state.
The support member 140 includes a deformable portion that can be compressed so that the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 can be close to each other, whereby the detachment of the endless belt cleaning member 130 can be facilitated.
In one embodiment, the deformable portion includes an elastic member 600, and the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 can be moved toward or away from each other by the elastic member 600.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the support assembly 140 includes a first support 400 and a second support 500, the first support 400 is provided with a first support part 150 coupled to the first rotating shaft part 110, and the second support 500 is provided with a second support part 160 coupled to the second rotating shaft part 120; the first supporting portion 150 is matched with the first rotating shaft portion 110, the second supporting portion 160 is matched with the second rotating shaft portion 120, an elastic element 600 is arranged between the first supporting member 400 and the second supporting member 500, and the first supporting member 400 and the second supporting member 500 can be close to or far away from each other.
Thus, a preset distance is kept between the rotating axis of the first rotating shaft part 110 and the rotating axis of the second rotating shaft part 120 through the support assembly 140, in other words, the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 can be kept at preset positions through the arrangement of the support assembly 140, when the cleaning assembly 100 is installed on the surface cleaning device, the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 can be kept in a parallel state, and the annular belt cleaning member 130 is in a tensioning state, so that the installation of the cleaning assembly 100 is facilitated; when the surface cleaning apparatus is cleaning a surface to be cleaned, the middle portions of the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 can be prevented from being deformed, the service life of the cleaning assembly 100 can be improved, and the support assembly 140 can also tension the endless belt cleaning member 130, so that the endless belt cleaning member 130 can be closely attached to the surface to be cleaned in a planar manner.
When the user removes the endless belt cleaning member 130, the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 may be pinched by hand and the first and second shaft portions 110 and 120 may be brought close to each other, at which time the elastic member 600 is deformed and the endless belt cleaning member is removed. On the other hand, when the user installs the annular belt cleaning member 130, the user can pinch the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 by hand, and make the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 approach each other, after the annular belt cleaning member is sleeved on the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 are loosened, under the elastic action of the elastic element 600, the first rotating shaft part 110 and the second rotating shaft part 120 are kept parallel or approximately parallel, therefore, through the support assembly 140 of the utility model, the annular belt cleaning member can be easily installed or taken out, and the replacement of the annular belt cleaning member 130 is conveniently realized.
In the present disclosure, when the first and second rotation shaft portions 110 and 120 are held in parallel or substantially parallel positions, the elastic element 600 is in a pre-compressed state, that is, the elastic element 600 can apply an elastic force to the first and second supports 400 and 500. As an implementation form, the elastic element 600 may be a spring.
In the present disclosure, one of the first and second supports 400 and 500 is provided with a guide shaft portion 700, the other of the first and second supports 400 and 500 is provided with a guide hole portion 800, and the guide shaft portion 700 is slidably provided in the guide hole portion 800. As shown in fig. 4, in the present disclosure, the first support 400 is provided with a guide hole portion 800, the guide hole portion 800 being formed as a circular hole; accordingly, the second support 500 is provided with a guide shaft part 700, and the guide shaft part 700 is formed in a cylindrical shape.
In the present disclosure, one end of the elastic member 600 abuts against the guide shaft portion 700, and the other end of the elastic member 600 abuts against the bottom wall of the guide hole portion 800, so that at least a part of the elastic member 600 is located in the guide hole portion 800.
As one implementation form, the first supporting portion 150 includes a first rolling element, and the first rolling element is rotatably disposed on the first supporting member 400.
More preferably, the first rolling element includes a roller section having a rotation axis parallel to a rotation axis of the first shaft section 110, thereby enabling the first support section 150 to maintain line contact with the first shaft section 110.
Of course, the first rolling element may be formed as a ball or the like, and these implementations are all within the scope of the present disclosure.
The number of the first rolling elements is at least two, and at least one of the first rolling elements is located on one side of a plane formed by the rotation axis of the first shaft part 110 and the rotation axis of the second shaft part 120, and at least one of the first rolling elements is located on the other side of the plane, and a direction of a force applied to the support member 140 by the first shaft part 110 may be considered to be located in the plane, and when the two first rolling elements are located on both sides of the plane, the first shaft part 110 may be stably supported by the two first rolling elements formed on both sides of the plane, respectively.
Here, the first rolling element is located on the side of the plane, which means that the contact point of the first rolling element with the first shaft portion 110 is located on the side of the plane.
More preferably, the first shaft portion 110 includes a first groove portion 111, and the first support 400 of the support assembly 140 receives the first groove portion 111 and makes the first rolling body in surface contact with a bottom wall of the first groove portion 111.
When different first rolling elements are used, different first groove portions 111 may be formed, for example, when a first rolling element is a roller portion, a bottom wall surface of first groove portion 111 may be formed as a cylindrical surface so that the roller portion can roll on the cylindrical surface, and accordingly, when the first rolling element is a ball, a cross section of a bottom wall surface of first groove portion 111 may be an arc shape, for example, a semicircular shape, so that the ball can roll on the bottom wall surface of the first groove portion.
The first support 400 of the support member 140 is formed with a first opening 141, a distance of the first opening 141 is equal to or slightly greater than a diameter of a circle on which a bottom wall surface of the first groove portion 111 is located, and the first groove portion 111 is received in the first opening 141.
For example, when the bottom wall surface of the first groove section 111 is formed as a cylindrical surface, the distance of the first opening 141 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the cylindrical surface; when the cross section of the bottom wall surface of the first groove portion 111 is arc-shaped, the diameter of the first opening 141 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom wall surface at the maximum diameter, so that the first shaft portion 110 can be disposed in the first opening 141.
At least a part of the first rolling elements is located in a space formed by the first opening 141, whereby the first rolling elements can be in surface contact with the bottom wall of the first groove portion 111.
Preferably, the first groove portion 111 is located at a position between both end portions of the first shaft portion 110, and preferably, the first groove portion 111 is located at a middle position of the first shaft portion 110.
The second support part 160 of the present disclosure is described below in conjunction with the structure of the second support part 160 being relatively similar to the first support part 150, and based on this, a brief description will be given about the structure of the second support part 160.
Accordingly, the second support part 160 includes a second rolling body rotatably provided to the second support 500; preferably, the second rolling element includes a roller section, and a rotation axis of the roller section is parallel to a rotation axis of the second rotation shaft section 120.
Of course, the second rolling elements may be formed as ball portions.
Accordingly, the number of the second rolling elements is at least two, and at least one of the second rolling elements is located on one side of a plane formed by the rotational axis of the first shaft part 110 and the rotational axis of the second shaft part 120, and on the other side of the plane.
Here, the fact that the second rolling element is located on the side of the plane means that the contact point of the second rolling element with the second shaft portion 120 is located on the side of the plane.
The second shaft portion 120 includes a second groove portion 121, and the second support member 500 of the support member 140 receives the second groove portion 121 such that the second rolling body is in surface contact with a bottom wall of the second groove portion 121.
Moreover, the shape of the second groove 121 is also related to the shape of the second rolling element, for example, when the second rolling element is a roller part, the bottom wall surface of the second groove 121 may be formed in a cylindrical surface; accordingly, when the second rolling body is a ball, the bottom wall surface of the second groove portion 121 has an arc-shaped cross section, for example, a semicircular cross section.
The second support member 500 of the support member 140 is formed with a second opening 142, the distance of the second opening 142 is equal to or slightly greater than the diameter of a circle on which the bottom wall surface of the second groove portion 121 is located, and the second groove portion 121 is received in the second opening 142.
For example, when the bottom wall surface of the second groove portion 121 is formed as a cylindrical surface, the distance of the second opening 142 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the cylindrical surface; when the cross section of the bottom wall surface of the second groove portion 121 is arc-shaped, the diameter of the second opening 142 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom wall surface at the maximum diameter, so that the second rotation shaft portion 120 can be disposed in the second opening 142.
Also, at least a portion of the second rolling body is located in a space formed by the second opening 142, thereby being contactable with the second groove portion 121 via the second rolling body.
In the present disclosure, the second groove portion 121 is located at a position between both end portions of the second rotation shaft portion 120, for example, the second groove portion 121 is located at a middle position of the second rotation shaft portion.
The inner wall surface of the endless belt cleaning member 130 has a predetermined interval from the support member 140, that is, the support member 140 does not affect the rotation of the endless belt cleaning member 130.
In the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the first rotating shaft portion 110 or the second rotating shaft portion 120 is provided with a rim portion 122, and the rim portion 122 is located at one end of the first rotating shaft portion 110 or the second rotating shaft portion 120 away from the holder portion 200, so that the endless belt cleaning member 130 can be prevented from deviating by the rim portion 122. In the preferred example shown in fig. 3, the flange portion 122 is located at one end of the second rotating shaft portion 120, and it should be known to those skilled in the art that the flange portion can also be formed on the first rotating shaft portion 110, and in this case, the flange portion is not formed on the second rotating shaft portion 120, that is, the flange portion 122 is provided on one of the first rotating shaft portion 110 and the second rotating shaft portion 120, so that the processing cost of the first rotating shaft portion 110 and the second rotating shaft portion 120 can be reduced.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a cleaning base according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
