【請求項3】 光学活性α−アミノ酸が析出した後のアルコール溶液に、塩基性化合物を加え、ラセミ化反応を行う請求項1又は2記載の製造方法。
【請求項4】 塩基性化合物が、アルカリ金属水酸化物又はアルカリ金属のアルコラートである請求項3記載の製造方法。
【請求項5】α−アミノ酸が、一般式(I)で示されるものである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
