However, in this type of conventional outlet, the blade receiving bracket and the current-carrying metal fitting for connecting the blade receiving bracket are formed into a predetermined shape by press machining of a metal plate. In addition, the assembly work is complicated and simple assembling errors are easy to occur. In addition, in order to ensure the smooth connection of the plug blade, it is necessary to check whether the dimensions after assembly are within the tolerance. However, there was a problem that productivity was very poor.

Therefore, an outlet according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of pairs of blade receiving holes in one case,
In an outlet capable of connecting plug plug blades of a plurality of electric cords, the case is configured by overlapping an upper half portion and a lower half portion, and a plurality of pairs of blade receiving holes are formed in the upper half portion of the case. On the other hand, between the upper half and the lower half of the case, a substrate is built in and supported by the case, and a conductive pattern is mounted on the substrate,
At the location corresponding to the blade receiving hole of the substrate and the conductor pattern, an insertion hole of a connection terminal of the blade receiving metal is formed. It is characterized by being fixed to a conductor pattern.

A feature of the present invention is that a conductor pattern is mounted on a substrate, a connection terminal of a blade receiving fitting is inserted and fixed in an insertion hole of the substrate and the conductor pattern, and the conductor pattern and the blade receiving fitting are electrically connected. That's the point. This eliminates the need for connecting fittings to connect between the blade receiving fittings,
There is no need to perform press machining of a complicated shape, and the manufacturing process can be simplified. In addition, since the connection terminals of the blade receiving member need only be inserted into the insertion holes formed in the substrate and the conductor pattern and soldered, the assembling work can be greatly simplified. Further, since the insertion hole is formed in the substrate and the conductor pattern, if the substrate is accurately supported on the case, the dimensional inspection after assembly can be omitted.

[0007] A printed wiring formed on a substrate can be used as the conductor pattern. As a material for the printed wiring, for example, a copper-based, aluminum-based, or other conductive material can be adopted. However, in the case of an outlet, since a large current flows through the conductor pattern, the printed wiring has a thickness of 60 μm or more, preferably 70 μm or more, and a width of 6 mm or more, preferably 6.5 mm or more in the case of a copper-based material. It is desirable to form.

In the case where the conductor pattern is formed by printed wiring, there is a possibility that short-circuits may occur in places where the distance between the conductor patterns is small due to dew condensation or the like. In such a case, it is preferable to provide an insulating wall between the conductor patterns. The insulating wall may be formed so as to be integral with the substrate, or the insulating wall may be fixed with an adhesive or the like.

Further, a punched metal thin plate may be adopted as the conductor pattern, and the conductor pattern may be joined to the substrate. The material of the metal thin plate is not particularly limited as long as it is a conductor material, and copper-based,
For example, a brass thin plate can be adopted.

[0010] The conductive pattern made of a thin metal plate is mounted on a substrate and joined. When a short circuit due to dew condensation or the like is feared as described above, a recess is formed in the substrate and fitted therein. It is better to do so. That is, it is preferable to form a recess having a shape corresponding to the conductor pattern on the substrate, and fit the conductor pattern made of a thin metal plate into the recess and join it. Moreover,
When the conductor pattern made of a thin metal plate is fitted in the recess of the substrate in this manner, even when the interval between the conductor patterns is narrow, a short circuit due to dew condensation or the like due to the insulating properties of the substrate can be reliably prevented.

The material of the substrate is not particularly limited, as long as it is made of at least an insulating material. However, when considering the accident caused by the above-mentioned dew condensation or the like, the substrate is preferably made of a self-extinguishing material. The self-extinguishing material refers to a material that does not spread even at a high temperature, and specifically includes a melamine phenol resin, a glass epoxy resin, and other resin materials having properties similar to these.

When a plurality of plugs are connected to one outlet, the power cord of the outlet is often always connected to a commercial power source, so it is convenient if the power supply to each plug can be cut off. Therefore, it is preferable that the case is provided with a switch for individually cutting off the power supply to each pair of blade receiving brackets.

In this case, the conductor pattern is a first pattern in which one line of the power cord is connected, and a plurality of insertion holes for inserting and fixing the connection terminals of one of the plurality of pairs of blade receiving brackets are formed. A second pattern to which the other line of the power cord is connected, and a plurality of third holes formed with insertion holes for inserting and fixing the connection terminals of the other blade receiving members of each pair.
It is preferable to provide a switch so as to electrically connect and cut off between the second pattern and each third pattern.

Further, the blade receiving member may be constituted by one blade receiving terminal. However, in order to secure a reliable connection, the blade receiving member is constituted by two blade receiving terminals, and a plug plug blade is sandwiched between them. Is good. That is, it is preferable that the blade receiving member is formed of a connection terminal and two plate-like terminals facing each other, and is integrally formed with a main body into which a plug plug blade of an electric cord is inserted.
In this case, in order to ensure more reliable connection with the plug blade, it is preferable to provide the main body with a spring property.

Normally, the vibration sensor switch 50 connects between the pattern cutting portions 311 and 311 so that the pattern cutting portion 31 is actuated when a vibration larger than a set magnitude is applied.
By cutting between 1 and 311, for example, the occurrence of a fire during an earthquake can be prevented, and the operation can be returned to the initial state by operating the reset button 52. Since a known switch can be adopted as the vibration sensor switch 50, its detailed description is omitted.
