2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a bag-shaped container formed from a continuously formed tubular inflation tube (hereinafter simply referred to as "tube") has been widely adopted in the pharmaceutical industry and the like. For example, a bag-shaped container described in JP-A-5-104662 corresponds to this. In these containers, when heat-sealing a predetermined portion of the inflation tube in the width direction of the tube, first, an unsealed portion is formed so as to be formed across the entire width in the width direction by being sandwiched between the heat-sealed regions. Thereafter, a predetermined portion of the unsealed portion and the heat-sealed area is cut into a predetermined shape so that the rough shape of the upper portion of the bag-shaped container formed into a shape having a neck portion and the rough shape of the container bottom portion are simultaneously formed. . Further, a hard plastic port is fitted into the unsealed portion (opening) for forming the neck at the upper portion of the container formed by cutting, and this is welded to the unsealed portion, and a lid or the like is attached to the port opening. It is provided as a finished product of a bag-shaped container that can be opened freely.

However, in the container described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-104662, when a tube is cut as shown in FIG. 2, a neck portion which is a part of the container is left as an unsealed portion. Since a port is inserted and welded into the container to complete the container, it is unavoidable that a large amount of chip removal occurs at the time of cutting.
Therefore, not only will that part be wasted tube material, but if these are discarded as they are as chips,
There was a problem that environmental pollution was newly concerned. Conventionally, a container having a shape in which the bottom of the container is entirely heat-sealed has been widely used in medical sites and the like, and the shape of the container has few features. Has the drawback that the container is easily confused and misused. In view of the above, the present invention provides a container which can be manufactured by continuously reducing the cut-away portion to be discarded and reducing the problem of environmental pollution when continuously manufacturing a bag-shaped container from an inflation tube. The object of the present invention is to provide a container which can be used less at medical sites and the like.

In order to solve the problems of the above-mentioned conventional container, the container of the present invention is provided with at least a predetermined position in the width direction of a soft plastic inflation tube which is continuously formed into a cylindrical shape. In a bag-shaped container which is heat-sealed and cut off the heat-sealing area in the width direction and cut off and formed as an upper part and a bottom part of the container, the heat-sealing area on the bottom side of the container has a substantially concave shape with a downward depression. In addition, the container is characterized in that the hollow is formed as an unsealed portion. At this time, both sides of the inflation tube may be heat-sealed, or a substantially cylindrical port may be fitted and welded at a predetermined position in the upper heat-sealing area. By forming in this way, it is possible to suppress the generation of pinholes that occur on both sides of the container during storage and transportation of the container after manufacturing, and also to make it easy to fill and extract liquid chemicals and foods. Suitable containers can be used.

Next, the operation of the container of the present invention will be described with reference to the schematic manufacturing steps. The heat sealing member is pinched by moving the heating seal member closer to the inflation tube fed between the opposed heat sealing members, and heat sealing is performed in the width direction of the tube and on both sides thereof. At this time, the plane shape of the holding surface of the heat seal member in the tube width direction is previously made concave, and the subsequent cutting is performed at a position crossing the unsealed portion (dent) of the heat seal area heat-sealed in the concave shape. . That is, by performing the cutting process as described above, the heat sealing area in the width direction is formed as the upper portion and the bottom portion of another bag-shaped container, and is separated at the cutting position. At this time, the heat seal area serving as the bottom of the container is formed in a substantially concave shape with a downward dent, the dent remains as it is as an unsealed part, and the entire area of the bottom is easily heat-sealed with a special shape that is not heat sealed. Formed as a container. Further, an unsealed portion having a width equal to the width of the unsealed portion at the bottom of the container is formed at the cutting position of the heat seal region which is the upper portion of the container. Since the unsealed portion at the upper portion of the container is formed as an opening communicating with the inner cavity of the container, the unsealed portion can be used as a filling / discharging port for the container-stored articles. In addition, the opening can be provided as a container having a function as a filling / discharging port of the container storage article further enhanced by fitting and welding a hard cylindrical port or the like.
