ィングするカッティング処理工程とを経ることにより複
数種類の積層色を有した彩色麺を得るようにしたことを

ね処理工程を経て得られる重ね平麺材料を一定の厚みと
広さに圧延し、かつ積層一体化させる積層一体化処理工
程と、この積層一体化処理工程を経た後の三色(緑色、
赤色、黄色)麺材料を所定の幅にカッティングするカッ
ティング処理工程とを経ることにより三色の積層色を有
した彩色麺を得るようにしたことを特徴とする彩色麺材
の製造方法。
