During the resin injection process, the resin injection pressure is applied to the terminals in the molding die, causing the terminals to shift or deform,
Position accuracy between terminals is likely to be insufficient after molding. In addition, the resin volume (amount of injected resin) is large, and after molding, sink occurs in the resin, and the outer shape of the case plug is deformed and the outer dimensions are deviated. As described above, the positional accuracy of each terminal is not obtained, and the external dimensions of the molded product are likely to be out of order, thus causing a problem in product quality.

The following molding step is shown. Parts for three inserts 3
While being connected to the component material 2 by the connecting portion 4, it is inserted into the primary molding die 5 of the split mold, where it is integrated with the primary resin 6 injected therein, for example, at an intermediate portion. In this primary molding step, the primary resin 6 is injected from a gate in the same direction as the insert part 3 or a gate 11 in a direction perpendicular thereto. Incidentally, in the drawings, hatched portions indicate silver-plated regions to be implemented as needed. Here, the primary resin 6 is molded, for example, in the form of a block, and in order to position another insert component 7 to be incorporated as required, a positioning portion parallel to the direction of the insert component 3 at the center portion is used. Groove 8 is formed. In this way, the three parts 3 for the insert are separated from each other by the primary resin 6 at a predetermined interval.
To be integrated.

In this dividing step, the three insert parts 3 are separated from each other by cutting the connecting part 4 and separated from the part material 2. The above-mentioned press working process and primary forming process are continuously performed by automatic feeding along a production line using the strip-shaped component material 2 as a carrier (conveyance guide).

In this secondary molding step, the plurality of insert parts 3 integrated with the primary resin 6 and other insert parts 7 combined as necessary are positioned inside the secondary molding die 9. It is inserted in a state, and is integrated by the secondary resin 10 injected into the secondary molding die 9. Here, the other insert part 7 is fitted into the positioning groove 8 in the positioning state, and is inserted together with the primary resin 6 and the insert part 3 into the secondary molding die 9. The parts 3 and 7 for insert and the primary resin 6
Are similarly positioned and fixed inside the secondary resin 10. The secondary resin 10 constitutes a case (outer shape) of the insert molded product (case plug) 1 at the same time.
The parts 3, 7 for the insert have their heads partially exposed from the secondary resin 10, and their lower ends projecting into the depressions 13 formed by the secondary resin 10. The primary resin 6 forms the bottom of the depression 13.

Covers only a central portion of the insert component 3 in a narrow range, but in FIG. 7, the primary resin 6 covers a wide range of the insert component 3.
This is advantageous in that when the secondary resin 10 is injected from the upper or side gate 12 in the secondary molding step, deformation of the insert component 3 due to resin pressure is reduced. Further, the amount of the secondary resin 10 in the secondary molding step is reduced, and the thickness thereof can be made substantially uniform along the contour.

In the process of primary molding, a plurality of insert parts are integrated with the primary resin, so that in the secondary molding step, the insertion of the plurality of insert parts into the secondary molding die becomes easy, and Since the time required for insertion is shortened, workability in the molding process is improved, and the production cost is also effectively reduced. In addition, since the plurality of insert parts are held in the positioning state in advance by the primary resin, the plurality of insert parts are not displaced by the injection pressure of the secondary resin during the injection of the secondary resin. Deformation is also minimized. A part of the insert molding is filled with the primary resin, and the amount of the secondary resin is reduced and uniformized with the primary resin. Production of molded articles becomes possible. Furthermore, since the plurality of insert parts are fixed in the primary molding step with the primary resin in a state of being connected, the mutual positioning accuracy of each insert part is high, and the insert molded article as the final product is formed. Quality is improved.
