Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a floor face from being turned up or scattered by a strong wind while securing drain passages when the floor panel whose panel face is supported by a plurality of struts is to be laid to form a decorative floor face. SOLUTION: A floor width-adjustable panel 1 where a partition walls 7 having the same length with struts 4 are projected at the rear face is connected to the end of a floor panel 11 laid on the substrate floor face 7, using the floor panel 11 whose panel face are supported by a plurality of struts 4 to block the intrusion of wind into the bottom space on the bottom face by the partition wall. The partition walls 7 are parallelly erected along the end of the connected floor panels and arranged so as to face the end of the floor panels.

2. Description of the Related Art When a decorative floor is formed on a base floor, a floor panel 11 made of a synthetic resin shown in FIG. 11 is used. This means that the square unit panels 12 are arranged vertically and horizontally in three rows via joints, a plurality of legs 13 are provided at predetermined intervals on the back surface of the panel surface, and each peripheral side surface portion serves as a joint portion. The male joint piece 14 and the female joint piece 15 are respectively provided and integrally formed. A plurality of the male joint pieces 14 are laid on the floor surface, and the joint pieces are fitted to each other so that the peripheral portions of the adjacent floor panel 11 are connected to each other. The floors are integrally connected to each other to form an integrated floor.

As shown in FIG. 11 (B), the floor surface formed by laying the floor panel 11 has the panel surface supported by the legs 13 and a space at the bottom of the floor surface. Therefore, even when laid outdoors, drainage of rainwater or the like is possible from this space. However, while a space for drainage is ensured, wind enters the space from the end of the floor panel 11 at the time of a strong wind such as a typhoon, and pushes the floor panel 11 upward, so that the whole floor is turned up or scattered. There was a risk of doing so. In the case where a decorative floor is laid from under the eaves of a house to a handrail such as a veranda, FIG.
The floor width adjusting panel 16 as shown in FIG. 1A is integrally connected to the end of the floor panel 11 to adjust the width of the floor surface. Since a large number of through-holes are formed on the panel surface to prevent accumulation of rainwater or the like, even if the floor width adjusting panel 16 is connected, wind passing through the handrail will pass from the through-hole to the bottom space of the floor surface. It is inevitable to get into the department.

According to this, by connecting the panel having the partition wall to the end of the decorative floor, the end is shielded by the partition, so that the wind flowing into the bottom space of the floor can be prevented. And the floor can be prevented from rolling up due to strong winds. The partition wall provided on the panel is provided in parallel along the edge of the floor panel to which the panel is connected so as to prevent wind from entering the floor bottom space, and faces the edge of the floor panel; Alternatively, it is preferable to be arranged near the connection end. If it is possible to prevent the wind from entering the floor bottom space, even if the entire end of the floor panel is shielded by one partition wall, it may be shielded by a plurality of partition walls. May be any. When providing one partition wall so that the end of the floor panel is shielded, a notch of a size that does not hinder the entry of wind is provided at the lower end of the partition wall to secure a drainage path. Preferably, it is provided.

First, the configuration of a floor width adjusting panel to which the present invention is applied will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a floor width adjusting panel 1 is made of a synthetic resin, and is a square unit panel 2 having a plurality of through-holes 2a arranged in a matrix on a panel surface in three rows and three rows. The unit panels are arranged in six rows, and the unit panels adjacent to each other are joined together at the joint portion 3 to be integrally formed. On the back surface of each panel surface, a plurality of legs 4 are provided at predetermined intervals so that the panel surface is supported at the same height as the floor panel 11 described above. Three pairs of joint pieces 5, 5 for connecting to the floor panel 11 are protruded at a constant interval on one side of the longitudinal side, and the floor width adjusting panels are connected to one side of the short side. Joint pieces 6 and 6 for connection are projected. The molding size of the unit panel 2 is set to approximately 1 / of the molding size of the unit panel 12 of the floor panel 11. The floor width adjusting panel 1 thus formed is formed by engaging the joint pieces 5 and 5 with the legs 13 of the floor panel 11 at the ends of the decorative floor surface formed using the floor panel 11. It is connected and, if necessary, cut at an appropriate length or width at a joint portion between the unit panels 2 and 2 and used to adjust the width of the decorative floor surface to a desired size.

Next, an embodiment of a floor width adjusting panel to which the present invention is applied will be described. 2 and 3 show a first embodiment, which is the same length as the leg 4 from the back side of the panel surface along the end of the floor width adjusting panel 1 on the side where the joint pieces 5 and 5 are provided. Then, a partition wall 7 protruding downward is provided, and joint pieces 5,
5 and the partition wall 7 cover the entire side edge. In the drawing, reference numeral 8 denotes a cutout portion which is provided at the lower end of the partition wall portion 7 and is a small drainage passage.
According to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the entire end portion of the floor panel 11 is closed by the partition wall portion 7 in a state where the floor width adjusting panel 1 is connected to the end portion of the floor panel 11. Therefore, the flow of the wind that has entered the back side of the floor width adjusting panel 1 from the through hole 2a is blocked by the partition wall 7, and the wind does not enter the floor bottom space from the end. Also,
The rainwater flowing into the back side of the floor panel 11 can be drained from the notch 8 provided at the lower end of the partition wall 7.
