Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue collector for an endoscope which can be easily inserted into an implement insertion channel of the endoscope by pushing the collector from an operator side. SOLUTION: This tissue collector for a endoscope has a flexible needle shaft 10 which is formed with a needle tip 11 toward the front and is formed with a tissue housing recessed part 12 at the flank in the segment near this needle tip 11, and a flexible cannula 20 of a cylindrical sectional shape which is freely advanceably and retreatably fitted to the needle shaft 10 in its axial direction and is formed with a knife blade 21 for cutting off the tissue intruding into the tissue housing recessed part 12 at its tip end. The intermediate segment of the cannula 20 described above is cut off in a longitudinal direction to increase flexibility.

In this embodiment, the mantle tube 20 is cut at two locations at approximately 180 ° intervals, and the two stay portions 22 are at approximately 180 ° symmetrical positions. However, as shown in FIG. 4, the stay portions 22 may be left substantially symmetrically at three or more places. By forming the mantle tube 20 in such a shape, the flexibility of the endoscope tissue sampling tool is increased.

As a result, as shown in FIG.
When the tissue collecting tool for an endoscope in a state where the outer tube 20 is fitted to the endoscope 0 is inserted into the treatment tool insertion channel 94 of the endoscope 90 from the treatment tool insertion port 94a, the insertion of the endoscope 90 is performed. Even when the portion 91 and the curved portion 93 are bent with a small radius of curvature, the insertion resistance is small, and the tissue sampling tool for an endoscope can easily pass through the treatment tool insertion channel 94. It can be made to protrude from the treatment tool protruding port 94b without being damaged.
