[0006] The connection structure of the tape electric wire of the present invention comprises:
The conductive member is held by the film-shaped holding member so as to penetrate through the holding member and protrude from both surfaces, and shrinks at the time of curing on at least a part of the area around the conductive member on both surfaces of the holding member. A tape wire connection structure in which a conductor of two tape wires in which a conductor is covered with an insulating film is electrically connected to each other using a connection member provided with an adhesive layer, and a single-sided insulating property is provided. The connection portions of the two tape wires where a part of the film has been peeled off sandwich the connection member therebetween, and the exposed conductors and conductive members at the connection portions of the respective tape wires are overlapped with each other in a state where they are in contact with each other, In addition, the adhesive layer and the surface of the tape electric wire are adhered to each other, and the conductor presses the conductive member by a contraction force in a thickness direction when the adhesive layer is cured.

[0007] In the present invention, the connecting portion of the two tape electric wires from which a part of the insulating film on one side is peeled is sandwiched between the connecting members, and each tape electric wire is exposed at the connecting portion. After the conductor and the conductive member are overlapped in a state of contact with each other, the conductors of both tape wires are connected to each other through the conductive member of the connection member in a state where each adhesive layer is bonded to the tape wire surface by applying pressure. Since they are electrically connected, the operation is simple, and as a result, the processing cost can be reduced.

In the above description, the conductive member 5 of the connection member 1 is spherical, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, a conductive member 5 </ b> A having a trapezoidal cross section at a portion protruding outward from the film-like holding member 2 may be used.
In the conductive member 5A, the protruding portions 5Aa and 5Ab protruding outward from the holding member 2 are in planar contact with the conductor of the tape electric wire, so that the contact is greater than when the spherical conductive member 5 that makes line contact with the conductor is used. There is an advantage that the area can be increased. The shape of the protruding portion protruding outward from the holding member 2 is not limited to the trapezoidal cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 8, but may be another shape.

As described above in detail, in the case of the present invention, the connection portion of the two tape wires from which the insulating film has been peeled is sandwiched between the connection members and the conductor of each tape wire. After the conductive members are overlapped with each other so as to be in contact with each other, the conductors of the two tape wires are electrically connected to each other through the conductive members of the connecting members in a state where each adhesive layer is bonded to the tape wire surface by applying pressure. In the case of electrical connection, the adhesive layer and the surface of the tape wire are adhered, and the conductor of each tape wire can be connected in a simple manner, resulting in low processing costs. Can be achieved.
