No. 8, JP-A-8-169498 and the like. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 58-41095 and 63-410 disclose a lubricating apparatus which is provided with a full tank refueling means and automatically refills the tank to the full state.
No. 125196. Each of these is effective, but since a fueling nozzle is manually inserted into a fueling port of a vehicle, a skilled fueling worker is required. In addition, since the refueling fee is settled manually, there is a possibility that an adjustment error may occur.

In an automatic refueling apparatus including a refueling machine having a refueling control means having an oil type determining means and a full tank refueling means, the refueling control means receives an insertion signal from an insertion sensor provided at a tip of a discharge pipe. The oil type determining means is operated, and when the oil type determining means determines that the oil type is the same, the full tank refueling means is activated, and when the full tank refueling means detects the full tank, the refueling is stopped. ing. Since all refueling is performed automatically in this way, a refueling worker is not required.

When there is no car to be refueled, the car stop 19 is retracted, and the entry permission lamp 17 is lit in blue. When the vehicle to be refueled enters and a vehicle detection signal is transmitted from the entry sensor 18 to the data control means 54 (ST1 in FIG. 8), the data control means 54 protrudes the vehicle stop 19 to prevent the vehicle from leaving during refueling and to allow or disallow entry. The lamp 17 is lit in red to prevent another vehicle from entering (ST in FIG. 8).
2). The filler port signal from the transmitter 57 provided near the filler port 56 of the car 55 is transmitted to the data input / output device 13a.
(ST3 in FIG. 8)
The data control means 54 outputs a drive stop signal to the other fueling machine 12b (ST4 in FIG. 8). This prevents the risk that the fueling machine 12b on the side of the car 55 without the fueling port 56 will be driven at the same time.

When the oil type determining means determines that the oil type is the same, the full tank refueling means is operated,
When the full tank refueling means detects that the tank is full, refueling is stopped. Since all refueling is performed automatically in this way, a refueling worker is not required. The data input / output device is provided with a settlement data transmitter / receiver. The settlement data transmitter / receiver transmits the settlement request data at the end of refueling, receives the settlement data transmitted from the onboard card reader, and adjusts the refueling fee. As a result, the refueling fee can be automatically settled, and there is no erroneous settlement.
