Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple circular knit bag not having a sewn part at all, being inexpensive and durable, and having biodegradability. SOLUTION: The following means are employed: the bottom part 2 of the circular knit bag is previously knitted in the edge part of a bag body part 1; a fusing thread with the lower melting point than a thread composing the body part 1 is fused by heating in order to perform the fusing between the composing threads to form the bag; and the threads composing the body part 1 and the fusing thread comprise a biodegradable polymer. Thus, the bag is easily biodegraded by microorganisms, and wet refuse such as garbage can be buried in the ground or thrown into a composting apparatus together with the bag.

2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a simple knitted bag made of a knitted fabric is frequently used as a draining garbage bag for a sink in a cooking place, a kitchen or the like. This simple knitted bag is much more excellent in drainage than a conventional garbage bag made of a synthetic resin film having a large number of open pores. Since it can be easily mounted on a triangular corner (so-called triangular corner) and can be made from recycled fibers, it is convenient for effective use of resources.

Further, conventional knitted fabric bags are made of polyolefin resin fibers such as polyethylene, so that when they are incinerated after use, they generate a large amount of carbon dioxide gas and incinerators produced by high-temperature combustion. Inevitably, the problem of damage to the garbage is unavoidable, and even when landfilled in soil, it remains semi-permanently without being decomposed by microorganisms, etc. Was.

[0007] Here, the biodegradable polymer is a biodegradable polymer that is relatively easily decomposed by microorganisms and living enzymes that survive in the soil of the natural world, freshwater and seawater, and its decomposition products are harmless to ecosystems. It refers to a molecular material and is not particularly limited as long as it has water resistance enough to be used as a constituent material of a draining garbage bag, for example, polyethylene succinate, aliphatic polyester such as polyethylene adipate, Polylactic acid, polyester of oxycarboxylic acid such as polycaprolactone or lactone, poly-3-hydroxyvalerate, poly-3 produced by microorganisms in nature
-Hydroxybutyrate, microbial polyesters such as poly-3-hydroxycaprolate and the like,
These can be used alone or in combination of two or more.

In FIG. 1, what is indicated by reference numeral 2 is a bag bottom of a simple biodegradable circular knitted bag H of the present embodiment, and the bag bottom 2 has a biodegradable and low melting point welding yarn. Is heated and melted, and the fabrics at the ends of the bag body 1 are welded and fixed. That is, a welded yarn M having a lower biodegradability than the polyethylene succinate yarn and having a lower melting point than the polyethylene succinate yarn is applied to the end of the bag body 1 made of the polyethylene succinate yarn in advance. Simultaneously woven (see FIG. 2), only the welding yarn M is heated and melted to weld and fix the fabrics (polyethylene succinate yarns) at the ends of the bag body 1 to fix the bag bottom 2
Is configured. In this embodiment, a polyethylene succinate adipate yarn ("Bionore (registered trademark) # 3000" manufactured by Showa Kogyo Co., Ltd., melting point: 95 [deg.] C.) having biodegradability is used as the welding yarn M.

As described above, in the simple biodegradable circular knitting bag H of the present embodiment, the cloth bottom of the circular knitted fabric F is welded and fixed with the welding yarn to form the bag bottom portion 2. Unlike the knitted garbage bag described above, the bag can be easily manufactured without any troublesome sewing processing, and an extremely inexpensive draining garbage bag can be provided.

The simple biodegradable circular knitted bag H of the present embodiment does not melt the constituent yarn itself constituting the bag body 1, but heats and melts only the welded yarn M having a low melting point. Since the bag bottom portion 2 is formed by this, it is possible to avoid quality deterioration such as a decrease in strength due to heat history of the constituent yarns constituting the bag body portion 1, and furthermore, the configuration of the bag body portion 1 Since the welded yarn M surrounding and solidifying the yarn securely fixes the end of the bag body 1, it is possible to provide an extremely durable garbage bag.

In the simple biodegradable circular knitted bag H of this embodiment, the constituent yarns forming the bag body 1 and the welding yarns M forming the bag bottom 2 are made of a biodegradable polymer. Therefore, even if garbage such as kitchen garbage is buried in the soil with a bag or put in a composting device, it is completely decomposed in the soil or the composting device, It does not hinder the composting of garbage inside. In addition, since the bag body 1 of the simple biodegradable circular knitted bag H has a knitted structure and excellent moisture permeability, it can promote decomposition by microorganisms and the like, and can be used for a relatively short time. It can be decomposed and composted in between.

In this embodiment, the bag bottom 2 is
The fabric at the end of the bag body 1 is welded and joined with the welding yarn M so that the fabrics are simply overlapped with each other with almost no fold, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 6, in a state where the fabric at the end of the bag body 1 is locally converged, the bag bottom 2 is welded and joined with a welding yarn.
May be formed. In this way, if the fabric at the end of the bag body 1 is converged and fixed by welding, the bag bottom 2 becomes more robust.

Thereafter, as indicated by reference numeral C in FIG. 3, the welded joint portion by the welded yarn M is cut to divide the circular knitted fabric F into two parts, as shown in FIG. A simple circular knitting bag H comprising a bag body 1 made of a circular knitted fabric and a bag bottom 2 obtained by welding and joining the ends of the bag body 1 with welding yarn is manufactured.

As described above, in the method for manufacturing the simple biodegradable circular knitted bag H of the present embodiment, the circular knitted fabrics F are welded to each other with the welding yarn M and then cut. Is simple, and two simple biodegradable circular knitted bags H can be simultaneously manufactured from the circular knitted fabric F having the ear tissue S at both ends, so that the biodegradable simple circular knitted bags can be efficiently mass-produced. Therefore, productivity can be improved and a simple biodegradable circular knitted bag can be provided at low cost.

In the manufacturing method of the above-described embodiment, the welded yarn M is formed by simply overlapping the fabrics at the intermediate portion of the circular knitted fabric F without forming many folds.
However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the intermediate portion of the circular knitted fabric F may be locally converged as shown in FIG. . As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to mass-produce a durable biodegradable simple circular knitted bag H having a bag bottom 2 to which the fabric at the end of the bag body 1 is converged and fixed by welding. Become.

Further, the simple biodegradable circular knitted bag of the present invention comprises:
Because the bottom of the bag is formed by heating and melting the low-melting welded yarn instead of melting the yarn itself that constitutes the bag body, it depends on the thermal history of the yarn that constitutes the bag body. It is possible to avoid quality deterioration such as a decrease in strength and the like, and since the welded yarn solidifying around the constituent yarns of the bag body securely fixes the end of the bag body, an extremely strong draining garbage bag Can be provided.
