2. Description of the Related Art A wind tube used for ventilation in a tunnel or the like is composed of a wind tube main body formed into a tubular shape by a resin sheet material, and generally, an outer periphery of a cylindrical support tube having both ends opened. It is stored in a folded state on the surface. Then, the wind tube main body is pulled out from one end of the support cylinder as needed, and a fan is installed on the other end side of the support to perform suction or air supply. The wind tube main body is provided with a reinforcing ring member or a flange portion at a draw-out end, and is pulled out from the support by holding it with fingers or the like. Similarly, folding storage is performed by sequentially folding the wind tube main body fixed to the other end of the support from the end portion side in a bellows shape.

Therefore, in the conventional windpipe device, it is difficult to uniformly pull out and store the windpipe main body because it relies on manual work.
The wind tube body may be partially rubbed against the drawer end of the support. In addition, at the time of storage, since the air tube main body is gradually and gradually folded from the fixed end side, it takes time for the operation. This problem at the time of storage also applies to the case where the wind tube body is damaged and a new wind tube body is folded and stored in the support.
Furthermore, since the weight of the device due to the air tube main body and the support increases, a large amount of labor is required for the movement.

A conventionally known wind tube main body can be employed as it is. The support may have a cylindrical peripheral surface, or may be formed in a substantially cylindrical shape by assembling frame members vertically and horizontally, as long as the support has an open-ended structure that supports the wind tube main body from the inside. The support may also include a special type having an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder.

As long as the feeding means is a mechanism for evenly feeding the front and back surfaces of the wind tube main body, the specific structure and the number of installation are not limited. For example, the feed-out mechanisms are provided at four positions, that is, up, down, left, and right in the vertical section of the wind tube main body.

As a specific example of the feeding mechanism, a roller and a sphere are used. The roller rotates in contact with the outer surface of the wind tube main body. The sphere makes the wind tube main body abut on the feeding roller from the back surface side of the wind tube main body to ensure the feeding of the wind tube main body accompanying the rotation of the roller. It is preferable that a pair of feed rollers be provided at a position sandwiching the four positions of the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the air tube main body with a space therebetween. Each pair of rollers is fixed to a coaxial rotary shaft that is rotated by a motor. The contact sphere is located at a position facing each roller.

Preferably, the contact sphere is configured to be displaceable between an approach position and a separated position with respect to the rotor so that the wind tube main body can be easily set when the wind tube main body is stored. For this purpose, an air cylinder is provided in the direction of the center axis of the support. At the tip of the rod of the air cylinder, a vertically movable rod extending radially toward the feeding roller at the other end surface of the support is attached. Then, the contact sphere is fixed to the tip of the vertically moving rod. The tip of the rod of the air cylinder is formed in a tapered tapered shape, and the base end of the vertically operating rod is slidably supported in the axial direction. Move the operating rod up and down. It should be noted that other configurations in which the contact sphere can be displaced may be adopted. In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides:
The windpipe device has running means. The traveling means may be either for traveling on a track such as a rail or for traveling on a trackless track. When the wind tube device has a traveling unit, a similar traveling unit is provided on the fan side. The traveling means may be of a self-propelled type driven by a motor or a hand-held type.

As shown in FIG. 4, this air duct device is used by joining a joining flange 1a to a ventilation fan side flange. The ventilation fan 4 includes traveling wheels 9 on a base 4a. The air duct device and the fan 4 are moved to the vicinity of the face as shown in FIG. Since the wind tube device and the fan 4 are provided with wheels on the bases 2b and 4a, they can be easily moved to a position suitable for collecting dust. When a switch (not shown) of the air tube device is turned on, the rod 57a of the air cylinder 57 and the operating rod 58 are retracted, and the base ends of the eight vertical operating rods 56 are inclined surfaces 59 at the distal end of the operating rod.
a, and each tip of the vertically movable rod 56 is displaced upward. As a result, the contact sphere 55 presses the air tube main body 1 from its back surface against the peripheral surface of each of the feed rollers, and the air tube main body 1 is held between the feed roller 52 and the contact sphere 55.

Next, the geared motor 5 of each feeding mechanism
When the feed roller 52 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction by driving the wind roller 4, the upper, lower, left and right ends of the wind tube main body 1 are automatically fed out of the support evenly by the feed roller 52 and the contact sphere 55. . The wind tube main body 1 pulled out from the support 2
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, it is connected to the tip of a lightweight duct 11 communicating with the dust collector 10. The dust in the vicinity of the face sucked by the fan 4 is collected in the dust collector via the stretchable wind tube main body 1 and the lightweight duct 11. When the wind tube main body 1 is stored in the support 2,
The rotating shaft 51 of the geared motor 54 is reversed, and the feeding roller 52 is rotated clockwise. Similarly, the wind tube main body 1 is equally drawn into the supporting body by the feeding roller 52 and the contact sphere at the upper, lower, left and right positions of the peripheral surface. The retracted wind tube main body 1 is automatically folded sequentially along the horizontal frame 2 a of the support 2.

If the wind tube main body 1 is damaged during use and needs to be replaced, the damaged wind tube main body 1 is removed from the support 2 and the end of the new wind tube main body 1 is fed out by the feed roller 52.
And the contact ball 55. At this time, the cylinder 57
The rod 57a and the operating rod 58 are advanced, and the vertically operating rod 56 is displaced downward along the inclined surface 59a at the distal end of the operating rod. As a result, a gap is formed between the contact sphere 55 and the feeding roller 52, and the end of the new air tube main body 1 may be inserted into this gap. Then, the rod and the like of the cylinder 57 are operated again to sandwich the end between the feeding roller 52 and the contact ball 55, and the feeding roller 52 is rotated to sequentially fold and store the wind tube main body 1 in the support 2.
